We had an infestation of carpenter ants in our kitchen one night and we were freaking out. After consulting Angie's List we selected Albert Perez and Jordan River to come for a quote. We were surprised to learn that his service is not a one time only kind of thing. Instead you sign up for a year of protection from all manner of pests from insects to rodents. He will thoroughly inspect your house and spray whatever chemicals he deems necessary. He is certainly the most thorough service provider I have ever met and he made sure to tell us everything we would want to know his methods and about the products he uses (he chooses only the safest products that will do the job). He also insists on using the most environmentally-safe chemicals that are available. After his visit, he will email you page after page of info about the chemicals, just as an FYI. The best part of Jordan River's protection plan is that because you are hiring them for a year, they essentially become an on-call service if a pest situation should ever arise. We never had to call, but Albert made several return visits anyway (always after courteously calling to set up an appointment) to check the inside and outside for any issues and taking care of them as needed. We have not had a recurrence of our ant problem and in fact have seen a bunch of dead ants in our basement so we know his stuff works. Albert is a true pro (as well as a kind gentleman) and he will get the job done and done right. I can't say enough good things about him and I'm happy to give him my highest recommendation.

They were prompt, careful with my pets and was grateful they answered on holiday weekend. This company is very thorough, trustworthy and knowledgeable with pest control. I will use them again and have nothing but good things to say about them.

Albert was the only company to answer his phone directly. He promised me a phone call on Sunday morning and came on Sunday afternoon. He delivered everything he promised. He was on time, reasonably priced and very nice.

They gave me a 6 month guarantee and worked very hard. He was very thorough and gave us good advice to prevent this moving forward. I have recommend him others.
