I highly recommend Danbury Kia. Best car leasing/purchasing experience I ever had after owning/leasing at least ten cars. It was a pleasure dealing with their sales rep, Bob Tita, who treats you with respect, patiently answers all of your questions, takes you on as many test drives as you need and does not pressure you in any way. A real gentleman. In fact, I did not wind up leasing the car I intended, which was an Optima EX loaded. In spite of all of Kia's advertising on TV and the internet, loaded Optima Ex Turbos are simply not available...period, especially in "Spicy Red." So even though it was a bit of a compromise, I leased the sport version SX (which only comes as a turbo), even though the seats, to me, were not as comfortable as in the EX and the ride is rougher, "sport-tuned." I also couldn't get the color car I wanted nor the color seats, as the SX only comes in black. Still, it's a great car that has luxury and convenience features that in any other car could go for $5 - $10,000 more. I'm happy. The General Manager, Frank Canneto, is the one you work out the finances with...and I found him to be personable and reasonable in negotiations. No pressure from him either. He didn't give away the farm, but I felt I got a good deal and would have had to travel far and wide to locate another that would justify the extra effort. When it came to signing on the dotted line, Carlos Costa, their Finance Manager, carefully and patiently took me through every line of the contract, answering all of my many questions and educating me where my knowledge of a term or a concept was lacking. Again, from sales rep to General Manager to financial Manager: These guys are a class act. Best advice when purchasing a car or any other big-ticket item: Do you homework before walking into a dealership and know exactly what you want and what others are paying for it. At Danbury Kia, as I found out, you will get a fair deal and be treated well.
