They cannot be trusted. Very dissatisfied with the service, they walked out. Took the money and didnt finish the job and even left a mess.

Next Level Building is a scam. One must wonder how he got on Angie's list in the first place. He takes money for jobs, starts them, and then walks away with the money. He did that with us. Paid the first installment, he demolished our kitchen, started it and then walked away. He has no money to pay his workers, who are not licensed, and they eventually leave so you never know who is working on the project. We had someone who he called an electrician that had no license and the work he did was not only against code, but cause an issue where we had to open and outside wall to get at an electrical mess he made. There is no way he should be on Angie's list or even have a license in that what he knows about construction one could fit in a thimble. Please remove him from your list. There are a number of complaints filed against his company. The BBB gave him an F rating. Please don't allow anyone else to go through what we went through with this con man.

From start to finish everything went as planned. There were some issues that we ran into with the electrical being so old original to the house but with the experienced staff that Next Level Building has it was like there were no issues at all. After the kitchen was completed and seen how meticulous and how much they cared I had them help me with the issues I had from my previous roofing contractor which had just did the roof three months prior and it would still leak. William, Troy, Jason, and Christopher went above and beyond at no cost to help get the roof finished properly by the original roofing contractor. I would recommend Next Level Building Services LLC. For any of your Interior or Exterior home needs. 10 out of 10 with no questions asked. I will be calling them back soon to finish the basement.

Great communication! Calls and texts are returned promptly, I was even given updates while I waited for my window order. The guys who came to do the work were all very nice and respectful. All the guys, including the owner, were a joy to work with. I actually felt like family by the time the job was done and it was only a two day job. The custom work was done beautifully. They know what they’re doing. I will use this business for every job I have in the future.

They did a great job on my stairway to the second floor. GREAT communication with the Next Level Building. The work got done quickly and professionally and the workers were polite and left things orderly each day. Would work with and recommend this company again for sure!!!

Will and his team were wonderful. They converted our garage into a spare room and the work was exceptional. Will was extremely responsive and professional, always making us feel at ease and confident in the work he was doing. We are so pleased with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We hired Next Level Building to renovate our bathroom and to make it more mobility-challenged friendly and to be prepared for a wheelchair. From the very start William listened very carefully to what we were looking for and made a couple of great suggestions which included enlarging the bathroom by taking over dead space in the hallway. This was a wonderful idea because it added space for a wheelchair to maneuver in and worked out beautifully. Throughout the project William checked in to be sure we knew what was happening, what was going to happen next and to see if there were questions or concerns. William and his crew went out of their way to insure in the middle of the project that the bathroom was very usable when a houseful of family arrived to spend the weekend. Speaking of the crew, they were all extremely professional, polite, and not only skilled at their jobs but took pride in doing the job the right way and cleaned up every night before leaving. I would definitely recommend them and I am already looking at another project with them.

Love these guys. Will has done our upstairs room (floors and baseboards) and more recently our mantle. Great work and reasonably priced! Can’t wait to use them again!

I highly recommend William and his crew at Next Level Building! My kitchen remodel is beautiful—couldn’t be happier! We had to live in the house during the remodel, and the guys were competent, knowledgeable and friendly and never minded me looking over their shoulder and asking questions. Can’t wait for them to come back to redo my upstairs!

They were magnificent to work with. They gave me a date that the work would be completed by and finished well before that date. There was a small hiccup and they waited while I went to Home Depot to get what I needed. A pleasure to work with and will definitely call them again should I do anymore remodeling! Thanks guys!

excellent job from start to finish

It was good. I talked to other companies but this company were the only one that was straightforward. They were the most professional one.

He did it quickly. He is professional and on time. He showed up the first time and did the entire job quickly. He plotted out a new concrete for the stairs. When I came home from work they have already built the entire thing which I though would take two weeks.

They are very professional and always on time. I recommend them to other people and will use them in the future.
