He passed along his product discount, charged hourly. Extremely honest and reliable. Very skilled and knowledgeable regarding code, etc. Young man, US Navy Vet, during some of his tour, he worked at Camp David with President George W. Bush. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: 1) Repaired/Replaced exterior (front) peak panel of (ranch-style) house, 2) repair/replace exterior shingling (cedar siding of house), 3) repaired (exterior) window framing where rotted from water damage, 4) repaired (wood) shed door frame and hinges, 5) repair garage window screens, 6) replaced metal (exterior entrance) hand rail (very difficult job requiring cement drilling.
