 + -1 moreTakes two or three calls everytime I need a delivery. Cost was ridiculous compared to other propane providers (over $5.00 a gal). When called to asked about the price, the person said she was authorized to take $.30 a gal off the price. Have their propane tank, so it's not like I can call someone else. Will terminate business with them as soon as I am able.

 + -1 moreWe have them deliver on a regular basis. We don't have a huge amount of interaction with them. They show up about every 3 weeks and then they send us a bill. I like that they are reliable and that they have good customer relations when we need to call them.
