We were fortunate enough to work with Mark Giggie of MHI Building and Remodeling. Mark is a man you can trust, which is rare nowadays. He was very knowledgeable with the job at hand. MHI Building and Remodeling was always on time to start the day and always left the work area cleaner than they found it. They were able to finish ahead of schedule and passed the savings on to us. When our home was being renovated we had to move to a hotel. Mark kept us involved with everything that was going on. They moved many very heavy pieces of furniture and packaged a lot of household contents without charging us anything extra. We felt very comfortable with him having a key to our house and they were there on time everyday and completed a full days work. MHI Building and Remodeling was very professional in everything they did and we couldn't of had a better experience with anyone else! All the jobs were always very well organized and kept clean at all times. While they gutted and renovated our bathroom Mark always made sure the house was clean and told us what time to expect them the next day. Mark made sure that he was on the job site when he said he would be. This reflects on the fact that he always has finished the jobs we requested ahead of schedule. We have always been very satisfied with everything Mark has done and been amazed at his attention to detail.
