New Cambridge Painting Company is a full service painting company. We have years of experience in all facets of painting. Whether it be painting of your newly renovated kitchen or painting the commercial building you work in, we have the staff, equipment and experience to service your needs. We offer free estimates with advice. We do not use sub-contractors; all of our employees are covered under our work-men's compensation insurance. Our crews are certified in the latest EPA and HUD lead safe practices Per 40 CFR. We also take this a step further by using these standards on all of our projects where lead is expected to be present. In addition our employees are also trained to be OSHA compliant while handling lead. All employees are required to go through a Certified OSHA 10 Safety course every five years. We are in an OSHA alliance through the Painting and Decorating Contractor of America in which we attend classes targeting specific areas. Through Tool Box Talks, Initial Job Evaluations and regular scheduled safety meetings our employees are trained to adhere to our safety policy. All employees are fit tested for wearing respirators on a yearly basis and trained for their use. Every customer is different & has different expectations when asked what a quality paint job consists of. Some clients are looking for us complete our work swiftly so that they can move on their next project. Others are delighted that we took the extra time to make sure things are right. We’ve had customers in the process of selling their home looking for an economically way to help move along the sale. We work with landlords wanting to freshen up there rental properties & building managers utilizing preventative measures to maintain their many properties. People also turn to us when they have paint failures, looking to us to solve their paint related problems. We’ve seen almost everything & have found the most viable solutions at an economical cost. Each customer is different & looking for us to provide a service that is unique to their situation. It is our job to visit your home or business & talk with you, see the project at hand and explain your options. To find out what it is you the customer are looking for. This is why we’ve created the four levels of service expectations. These levels give you the option and understanding to choose what’s most important to you. Is it keeping costs down? Do you want to refinish everything to look new again? Somewhere in the middle? It’s your decision. We at New Cambridge Painting are looking to service you the customer. Give you what you want in a timely fashion. Be there to guide you through the understanding of coating systems, how they work & how to reduce the chance of failures. We don't want to sell you things you don't need but help you understand what is needed & offer options for you to decide how to precede.
