"The manufacture had to send parts as soon as they came in we went out. Yes in the end the unit had to be replaced because the parts didn't fix the job but that is up to the manufacture we have to do what they tell us to do and we don't carry the parts for all the different older tankless units."
I actually purchased my water heater through Lowe's in Southington CT. At the time, that was my only option. Lauretti Plumbing was the installer and I thought they did an excellent job. they're very punctual, neat and professional. They explained everything they were doing as well and cleaned up afer themselves also. I was well pleased with their service. Should I need the services of a plumber again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
