There is a long list of things that were not done correctly, including installation of ceiling tiles on the first floor, lighting fixtures on the first floor. They were to replace picture molding in all the rooms on the second floor, skipped one of the rooms and then installed the wrong kind of molding which had to be taken down and replaced.
They do not respond to phone messages or e-mails in a timely fashion.
