Three years later I am re-roofing my house so I called Monitor to find out how the roofer should deal with the Solatubes. Jim called back immediately even though he would have known from the message I left that I was not
buying anything, just asking for advice on a past purchase. He spent considerable time answering all my questions.
I am doing several other home projects and getting contractors to return calls has been difficult before the project and impossible once it is done and paid for.
BTW, I LOVE my Solatubes and so does everyone who sees them. They transformed my dark kitchen into everyone's favorite room.
