First they helped me get my claim approved by the insurance company and then went all over the state trying to find siding which would match mine. They brought the samples back and gave them to the insurance company for approval. Davis Restoration acted sort of like a contractor; the subs they got were fairly decent. The biggest thing was that they listened to me when I wanted the companies to come in and clean up all the water left by the firemen. I told them about one company that I did not want to come in and they went to bat with me as I dealt with the insurance company. My contact person was extremely pleasant and they understood the difficulties I was having because of the fire. They went above and beyond. I had some outside lights and the insurance company was going to give me $90 for the electrician to do the entire amount of work. Part of the fire burnt the wiring so the house had to get re-wired and everything. Davis Restoration fought to get this situation corrected. They tried to work within my time frame.
