+ -1 moreI was coordinating the work remotely and Sean was very accommodating and flexible. He did a good job and for a good price. Came recommended from my real estate agent . Sealing the subfloor was done after the fact but he was flexible in working with me on that job too. Overall pleased with the outcome!
