If you want the job done right, hire these guys! If you want a fair, honest price, definitely hire these guys! If you want to be assured you will get the best looking roof in the neighborhood, then your search is over. Seweryn and Lucas did a fantastic job and actually listened to the fine details of what I needed to get replaced on our contemporary roof/house. There was rotted trim, fascia, and siding that was replaced without hesitation. The house received a major overhaul after a tree hit the house during the October snow storm. Seweryn was able to work with my insurance agent to work everything out to get the job done quickly and professionally. Thanks again guys for doing such a nice job!! The house looks AWESOME! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Seweryn Zaman is a true craftsman, a highly professional gentleman and a very honest person. You can trust his word, as he follows through on all aspects of the job discussed and as detailed in your contract. All work was completed on schedule, for a very fair and competitive price. Seweryn does meticulous work on both carpentry and roofing. What a difference between his superb workmanship and that of my last roofing job (where what they considered "reflashing" was actually black mastic tar carelessly slapped on chimney bases and protrusions.) Whereas Seweryn does new flashing from the decking up, using lead for the stepflashing. He also puts ice and water barrier around the chimneys before flashing. Everything was so beautifully done from start to finish. It is wonderful to see the quality of a job done to the very highest standards. Seweryn Zaman only uses quality workers on his small crew and they are the same type of craftsmen as well. Seweryn is present and working on the job from start to finish. Zaman Carpentry and roofing is absolutely the best of the best and I would highly recommend this fine company for any roofing or carpentry needs. You can count on a fine finished product, so it also takes a lot of worry out of the process for the homeowner. In addition, your property and landscaping will be protected during the process and the clean up at the end of the work is perfectly done as well.

I was very impressed with Severyn and his crew. Severyn arrived to all appointments on time, furnished the written estimate and requested documentation promptly and finished the job on time. The materials and dumpster arrived exactly when I was told that they would. My roof installation was scheduled for Nov 4, and I was certain that would be delayed with the storm, but Zaman showed up on Nov 4. They even had to remove snow from the old roof. The crew worked all day Friday and Saturday to get the roof completed. They were very good about protecting the house and landscaping. Very professional and courteous at all times. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Zaman for any roofing projects.

Seweryn looked at our roof and considered the work that needed to be done. He took pictures of problem areas to show us the issues on the roof and gave us a fair estimate. He removed the old roof, examined the plywood underneath to determine if any sheets needed to be replaced, put down an ice and water shield as well as felting, put in a ridge vent, and installed flashing. In addition, he replaced some broken siding that could have been letting water into the house and added a gutter to the dormer (using a subcontractor). Throughout the process Seweryn was extremely professional, keeping in touch along the way and showing us his work. The project did take longer than expected, but that was never an inconvenience for us. Overall he did great work and was communicative and respectful along the way.

Good experience. Seweryn came in for an estimate. He seemed capable and the price was very competitive. We booked him for a few weeks later. He came out on-time and worked by himself pretty well non-stop and finished the job in one day. The guy is a machine--he didn't come in to use the bathroom once all day! Finished on-budget. Work looks good and most importantly no leaks. We will be calling Seweryn if/when we need things done in the future.
