I am a first time home buyer and new to Connecticut. Matt was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I had many questions in which he was informative but concise. We had a great experience with Matt. We had a leak in the ceiling in the dining room. Another plumber charged us $195 to diagnose the problem and wanted $1200 to fix it. We found out when Matt came that they had incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and for $45 dollars, we were on our way to a resolution. Matt was honest and fair. He said that he wanted to be our plumber, and in fact, we have called him for another problem. He is quick to get back to us when we call him, and is always courteous and helpful. We highly recommend Matt!

Matt Forbotnick was pleasnat and accomodating. My water heater went over the New Year holiday. It was replaced on the 2nd only because he couldn't get the water heater on New Year's Eve. (It was too late) The employee he sent to complete the job was pleasnat and efficient. So far, so good!!

Matt's Pro Plumbing LLC came to my house on short notice and fixed our tub drain quickly. A previous pro quoted over $2000 and Matt's Pro had it fixed in less than 1 hr for $150!!! We avoided high costs, and having to open walls and ceilings. It's obvious Matt & Co. have solid experience. Very professional, very curteous and most important, VERY HONEST! A++ I will definitely call Matt's Pro first for any plumbing work I have in the future.

Matt came out to our house to give us a quote - not only was his quote lower than 2 other plumbers we had quotes from, he did the work that day and he did an excellent job.
