Arrived right on time. Matt and George were very fast and efficient with fixing my shower. Great communication with when they were coming and then great information explaining what exactly they were fixing in the valves/pipes. Great price as well!

Showed up when he said he would, gave me an estimate waited for me to hire/not hire him, easy to work with, conscientious, polite, efficient & easy to work with. He was super.

I had never heard of Servicemagic and usually only hire contractors through referals. However, my regular guy wasn't responding and I was under the gun. Matt's responsiveness was terrific. He accomodated my schedule, did a nice professional job and charged a fair price. I was very pleased with the experience.

Fast Friendly Service! Does not get any Better! Would use again!

I called Matt on the morning of 3/15/10 and was he very courteous and gave me a quick estimate to replace a new kitchen sink faucet.He stated he may be able to do it the same day if interested as he had a job cancel that day due to weather.He promptly called me back and I was able to make an arrangment for my husband to be home at 4:00pm.unfortunatly I was unable to meet Matt but my husband said he was right on time and did an excellent job.I would reccomend Matt to anyone.We have found our very own plumber for all our future needs,no need to look elsewhere.

Goerge completed my project in short time once he arrived at my house. He was professional and also very personable. He accomidated my availability time by working in the evening. I was comfortable having him in my house. He explained to me what he was doing, what he had done and how I could work around what he had done so that I could complete my project on my own. He assured me that I could call at any time if I had any questions on how to care for the product installed. He was quick and knowledgable.

When he &George arrived we spoke of the situation I needed & aggreed on a price to do the work. As they progressed my situation (with leaks) was much worse than discussed Matt and George just continued to work until it was done going above and beyond what I could have imagined.Furthermore, at that time he could have asked for a substantial increase in money it was late at night and it needed to be done then and there yet he asked for slightly more (extremely reasonable) THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT THERE REPUTATION

Matt and George were excellent - they are timely, professional and courteous. They replaced my old toilet with a nice new one. As they were working, they explained every step of the project to me. They worked hard to make sure everything was fitted well and they double-checked their work to make sure that the job was perfect. They were extremely polite and answered all my questions fully. I was also very happy to see that they cleaned everything up completely and sanitized the area before leaving. I will definitely use this company again, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Matt called me within 5 minutes of posting my project. He talked me thru the problem and had me try different simple solutions. The problem was taken care without having to make a service call. Matt could just come out and charge me for what was a simple fix and i would have been none the wiser. I would highly recommend Matt.
