The process of reviewing the job and providing an estimate was handled soon after the initial call, and was very thorough. Matt answered all my questions. The cost was less than I expected for the completed job.

Matt's team arrived promptly on the date agreed to and got right to work. They were friendly and kept me informed of their progress, including a discussion on the placement of the grab bar. They finished the conversion part of the job about an hour early.

The handyman also arrived on time to take care of the trimming and sheet rock. He came back early the next day to finish up, accommodating my busy schedule.

The bathroom was well cleaned after each phase of the job, and cloths were down to prevent damage to my floors.

I would definitely use Matt's company again for other projects. It's so nice to be delighted by the results!

I was fully satisfied with the Matt's guys.  I tried installing the toilet myself but, there were issues with the cast iron pipe and flange that I wasn't comfortable dealing with.  The guys arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple options. I choose to have them repair the existing pipe and they did a great job.  The toilet is seated firmly with shims under the high spot now, beautifully caulked, and I don't expect we'll have any issues with the toilet going forward.  They were in/out quicker than they thought so the repair cost was actually a little less than I was initially quoted over the phone.

Matt responded to my request the same day. Then arrived as schedule on the day on time, actually a bit earlier. He provided a very fair estimate and was able and willing to do the job on the same visit. The gas line is in and he performed a pressure test that is still connected until the inspector arrives Thursday. He even gave me free advise on my boiler and made water pressure adjustments.
He will return when the insert installer arrives to make the final connection. All at no addition cost. He has installed many other similiar jobs.
Previouly called 3 other plumbers as well. One had no idea how to connect the line, one never called back, and one said he was booked for 2 weeks.
Great work Matt! I will contact you when we decide to add a gas dryer.

Jesse and another came to remove my old hot water heater and replace with a new one. They did and excellent job and were very professional. I even referred my neighbor to them for a plumbing issue and they too were very pleased with the work performed. A day or two after the job, Matt, the owner called to make sure I was happy with the job, which I think was great! I will definitely call on them again for any plumbing concerns/issues in the future!

From start to finish, I was very impressed with Matt.  He was prompt in responding to my email, called me back same day gave me prices on potential costs.  We set up appointment.  On day of appointment he called about an hour before hand to let me know he was on his way, actually arrived a little early.  After coming and seeing what was wrong he gave me a more detailed quote which was what the final cost was and it was much better than I thought it would be.  He explained to me what he did, and what to look for and to call if any problems

It was one of the best experiences I have had with a home service professional. I called him and left a message on Thursday afternoon. He got back to me within a couple of hours and told me that he was booked up and wouldn't be able to make it for a week, and suggested I try to find someone who could come sooner. He called back ten minutes later and said he could come the next day after all. He set up a window between 10 AM and 1 PM.
Matt arrived promptly at 10 AM. He was very friendly. After taking a look at the problem he dove right in, even though it didn't appear that it was going to be as simple as he first thought. Within an hour he had my problem fixed, despite having to work on 70-year-old cast iron pipes that didn't want to cooperate. He cleaned up completely when he was finished, and leak tested the job for almost ten minutes to make sure the repair was solid.
I highly recommend Matt and will definitely be calling him if I have any plumbing needs in the future!

Matt and his crew were very professional.  Showed up on time, delivered high quality work, and final price met initial estimate.  Most importantly, Matt has stood by his work.  We had a minor issue recently that required a sink adjustment and Matt personally came out to fix it right away.  Strongly recommend!

We came home from work to a minor pool of water, drywall, and insulation on our garage floor directly underneath our shower. Being new to the area and the first time we needed some work done on our house, we relied heavily on others comments and rating. I called Matt's Pro Plumbing the next morning. Matt called me back within a few hours and set up an appointment for the following morning with a 2 hour window. Matt arrived early and with a quick look knew exactly what was wrong, the valve.  From the second he walked through the door he was very professional and didn't mind that our dog was his new partner. Matt was here for just over an hour, fixed the leak, installed a few faucet, and adjusted the temperature of the water to meet our needs. After he left, you couldn't tell that anyone had even been here.  We would without  a doubt call Matt the next time we need any work done.

I was looking for a rough estimate on plumbing work before buying a home. Matt responded to my phone message within a few hours, and gave me ballpark estimates over the phone at no cost for typical bathroom plumbing services I thought the house needed. He also advised me about issues I had questions about, and told me that he didn't expect them to be major problems. It was helpful.

The bathroom looks really great now, it was out dated and in need of a make over for a long time.  It took longer to complete due to me making decisions on new vanity, floor tile, light fixture and also paint color for the walls.  The completion of the renovation was held up a little until I could complete painting the  walls and ceiling.  It made it easier without the fixture in place.  Matt's crew Josh, Brad and Mario did a great job and were easy to work with.  I am happy with the way everything came out.
