Matt and his crew was just unreal. He did everything he said he would do and so much more. We met with Matt on Thursday and the following Tuesday he started the work. He was done on that day and we were washing and drying clothes that night. Without a doubt the best experience we ever had. Matt will be doing our bathroom this April

They had a very busy schedule at the time and since this was not an emergency, it took a couple days to arrive. They were able to make the repair, which included cutting through the raised floor to reach the problem area. The repair was completed in an afternoon, ready for the floor repair to begin. When I began to repair the floor, a couple of questions arose about how to reinstall the toilet on the new flange. They were very responsive, and after seeing the photos I took of the floor repair, were able to explain the situation so we could complete the job. Very satisfied.

Matt met with me promptly for an estimate. He worked with me to get what I needed done within the budget allotted, and I found his pricing to be more than reasonable. He followed through on every single promise, and even went above and beyond what was promised. He was honest, finished ahead of schedule, and even came by the day before Christmas Eve to finish up the last details. In particular, I'm grateful that since I only have one bathroom, he and his crew stayed late on the first day to make sure that being without a toilet only lasted a day. I would absolutely hire this company again, and plan to do so when it's time for my kitchen! I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Matt's Pro Plumbing. I love my new bathroom!!

We were in a hurry to get this done and were happy when Matt and his crew showed up on time, were very conscientious and did an excellent job. My wife was especially appreciative that Matt and his crew cleaned up after themselves. The filter has been in place now for over a month without any incidents and has made a tremendous difference in our water quality! Fantastic. Matt was amazingly responsive to my initial phone call as well as went out of his way to accommodate my schedule to visit our house and walk me through the process, materials, options and price. First I talked to Matt over the phone and he gave me a rough estimate for a big single family remodel that included: 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and new laundry room (for new construction so that includes rough piping and new vents) his number was very competitive and realistic with the rest of the other quotes that I had in my records. I end up choosing him for the Job and he did very well. Very professional and punctual. I will totally recommend this company to anyone and will definitely hire them again.

Matt's Pro Plumbing was professional, timely, and economical in regards to a job I recently had them do on my dryer. Even though Matt was swamped with work, he found a way to squeeze my job into that day that I needed it done. Before Matt began the job he explained to me clearly what entailed with the work and by the end he was done, I knew exactly what I was paying for. While I appreciate that Matt called me back within 24 hours as his voicemail promised, his price, which IMO was outrageous, and especially his claim that the flex pipe was, "so expensive", lead me to suggest that you should consider someone else for your plumbing needs..

"I'm sorry we weren't able to work together. We like to be as transparent as possible with our pricing. When quoting a project over the phone, sight unseen, we will typically give a price range erring on side of worst case scenario. At the end of the day, in many cases the customer is charged below what was quoted. We are not in the business of quoting a low price, showing up at the customers' home and tacking on additional charges. As licensed plumbers we are required to be trained and certified in all gas products we install and purchase from our professional plumbing supply-house. We carry all applicable insurance and offer a one year warranty on our labor."

We were in the process of selling our home. The home inspector said there were leaks in one bathroom toilet and faucet, and on the cold water supply valve to the water heater. We disputed there were any leaks, but our real estate agent said the best way to go was to get a plumber to certify there were no leaks. We called Matt (had never used him before) and he was very responsive and was able to come over on short notice and test the appropriate places for leaks. Matt tested the valves, etc. in question and was able to certify that everything was OK. We are rating Matt so highly because he was very responsive, very professional, and was able to meet our needs.
