I called Matt, explained exactly what I wanted and needed done. He gave me the amounts and a date for install. He came well within the time frame he said. They were very professional and cleaned up quite nicely. I have since referred everyone and anyone who was in need of an exceptional plumber

Matthew was pleasant on the phone and was on time for the appointment. Upon arrival to our house, the crew took a few minutes to get to know our small and protective dog (who usually doesn't like men). The job was done in a timely fashion and the house was clean when they left. We would definitely hire Matthew and his crew again!

Matt was a pro right from the start, always prompt to return calls and on time.  The job was neatly done from start to finish and he was very caring about my particular handicap needs. All parts of the job including perfect cleanup were highly satisfactory.

Matt arrived on time and replaced copper water pipes/valves as needed in basement. He was very professional and everything was done to my satisfaction. If I needed a plumber, I would use him again and highly recommend his service.

Matt and Justin were great very personable and were very professional. Matt gave me options on the tub facet which i liked. They cleaned up after themselves and  Matt explained all he did and was very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing project. 

The job was wonderful.We would give them 5 stars out of 5 stars. The guys were knowledgeable and very friendly. They had to come back and replace a defective part and there were no questions asked. The price was pretty decent.

Our first encounter over the phone did not go well and I left a poor review for Matt. He showed up at the house hoping to make things right. He is doing some research on replacing the current shower stall with a zero-entry handicap-accessible stall and plans to call me with more details tomorrow.

Matt and Justin did an excellent job upgrading our kitchen sink today.  I originally called several weeks ago and described the project on the phone.  Matt gave me some pointers on choosing quality products and asked that I call him back when I have the new sink and faucet on hand.  After picking out what we needed I called and they scheduled to come and do the work within 3 days.  They arrived on time  and worked efficiently.  They were also flexible enough to take a break while cut the existing sink hole bigger to accomodate the new one after they had removed the old one (most plumbers won't do the counter cutting work...Matt offered to coordinate a carpenter but I decided to try it myself).  Although it was a small job, they gave it the attention it needed and didn't cut corners or rush through it.  I would definitely use them again.

Matt had given me a price to do the work on my shower, with additional options.  When he arrived he installed the cartridge and the shower seemed to work fine.  He told me he thought this would work well, and not necessary to spend a lot more money regarding this.  The shower works fine and Matt was very professional.  I would use him again

Not a complicated job. He cut the pipe and installed a valve in it. It went well and the valve works great.

Matt did a great job.  He was punctual and responsive when I called, was on time and quick.  The job was a little complicated as it involved fixing a drainage pipe from my tub that was leaking into the downstairs kitchen.  He made a permanent fix to a poorly designed original job, and charged a fair price for the work.
He's the kind of plumber you'd want on call for any job, because you know you can trust him.

Matt and his assistant did a fantastic job in choosing, delivering, and installing a beautiful and efficient new toilet for us. 
Our old one had begun to need repairs every year, and we were delighted that Matt was able, with very short notice, to provide us with this new one.  He and his assistant left the work area spotless -- probably cleaner than it had been before they arrived. 
Matt then checked another old toilet in the house for us; he found a hairline crack in the bowl that
could potentially open up and result in a disastrous flooding of the house.
We made arrangements for him to replace this one as well and are so grateful that he had the expertise
to be able to spot such a difficult-to-see defect.  All the while, he carefully and thoroughly explained everything
in a way that was easy even for someone who knows nothing about plumbing to understand.

Matt was very professional and upfront with his pricing from the initial call to schedule the appointment. Matt and another employee showed up promptly for the appointment time and took the time to not only survey the job but also explain in detail what they were going to do. They were very personable and professional and completed the job in about an hour, leaving the repaired areas as clean as when they started. I was impressed not only by Matt's knowledge but also how personable he was. I talked with Matt during most of the repair and will definitely be using him again for all future plumbing work. Highly recommended!

The individual brought in the needed materials, got to work promptly and took care of it for a reasonable price.

Matt was prompt in getting back to me regarding the job. He was also very upfront and honest with his price. I was also impressed that he was able to get the job done only a couple of days after I first contacted him. The job was quick and efficiently done. Matt is the type of contractor you always look for with home maintenance.  His quotes are accurate, he is responsive , polite and professional and his work is top grade.  We recently purchased a new home and Matt has responded immediately to a few emergencies:
Example 1:  We had a  problem with our garbage disposal on Christmas Eve.  That night we were expecting 30+ people for dinner.  We called Matt, who came from the hospital visiting his grandmother.  He made the repair and charged a reasonable fee.  
Example 2:  We had a water pipe burst due to freezing temperatures.  Matt came immediately and capped the pipe.  Once again the fee was reasonable.
Matt has also been reliable as we have upgraded our bathrooms and relocated washer and dryer service in the house.  No issues with quality and the cost has been more than reasonable.  We recommend him to anyone looking for a quality plumber.

My husband and I contacted Matt's Pro Plumbing last year about remodeling work on our bathrooms, in particular the replacement of the bathtub in the main bathroom and the sinks in both batrooms in our home.  Matt came on time, discussed many options with us, left us perinent materials regarding products available and companies he worked with so we could see the actual products in person.  He was professional, flexible, took time to explain things, and followed up several times with us regarding the job.  We have not gone forward with any of the work yet due to unexpected family circumstances and expenses that put this job on the back burner for the moment.  When we can follow through with our plans we will call Matt back and proceed with him on these jobs.  I can then make a fuller recommendation regarding the price and quality of his work.

Matt kept in contact over a weeks time period after initial call to schedule the actual work due to my ever-changing schedule. Arrived on time finally agreed upon. Work was performed quickly and neatly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Matt again for future jobs.

We were very pleased with the work completed by Matt and his co-workers. They acted in a professional manner, were curtious and punctual. Matt was very patient in answering all our questions and concerns. He was able to finish the project during the scheduled timeframe and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. This was my first experience with Matt's Pro Plumbing and we were very pleased.  He returned my call in a timely fashion, arrived on time and acted in a professional manner.   The cost was very reasonable.  We would call them again.

My water heater was leaking so I used Angie's list to find a plumber. There were several plumbers in the area that had "A" ratings but I found that the larger firms, the ones with the most reviews, had answering services or answering machines. Also, when contacted, their prices were on the high side and none were all that responsive ( 2-3 days to replace the failed water heater). So I let my fingers do the walking down the list; there I discovered Matt of Pro Plumbing. Not many reviews but all of them positive. Matt answered the phone, quickly determine the size and type , recommended a cost effective upgrade based on physical dimensions and assured me that he could install the unit the following morning. His price was very competitive and the timing was excellent. I said' "you've got the job!" The next morning he showed up on time, removed the old water heater, installed the replacement water heater and also replaced a defective shutoff valve at no extra charge. I was impressed with his thoroughness and his willingness to put in the extra effort to make things right. Would I use him again? In a New York minute!. Matt is competent, courteous, reliable, thorough and competitively priced. What more could you ask for?
