After more than one poor plumbing job it was quite refreshing to have someone knowledgeable and professional help us out. Justin very easily and quickly assessed the issues and fixed a long term nagging problem that another contractor could not, and because it was so easy didn't even charge me. He replaced a pipe that functions much more efficiently and the kitchen faucet is working perfectly. They were very professional, honest efficient. A great experience all round!

I called Matt on Thursday for a quote to repair or replace the valve for my washing machine, install a shut-off valve for the gas dryer and hook up my new washer and dryer. Matt gave me a detailed quote right on the phone and I went ahead and scheduled the work. He agreed to do the work first thing on the following Monday. Matt called me over the weekend to confirm the appointment.
On Monday morning, there was a slight delay due to the snow, but Matt returned my call right away. Justin and another worker showed up and got right to work. They did great work and tested everything before they finished up. Justin walked me through everything they did and made a few suggestions for the future.
The price came in right on target with the quote - I thought it was a very fair price for the work.
After Justin explained everything, we walked through a few things I wanted quotes on. Justin explained my options for the future work and recommended which were priorities. As he was walking through quotes for the other work, he tightened a few things up under the kitchen and bathroom sinks.
I look forward to hiring Matt's company again later this month for more work. It is great finding a company I trust!

I called Matts Plumbing and left a message. I got a return call within 15 minutes and we scheduled time for them to show up and help us find and fix the leak in the basement. They showed up promptly and did an excellent job as well as being friendly and professional. I would use them again in a second.

I called Matt and explained that I wanted to replace my toilet, but that I was going to fix the subfloor and re-tile the bathroom, so I needed him to do 2 visits.  He gave me a fair price to do that, and his work would have gotten him an A rating from me if nothing else was involved.  But it turned out that a manufacturer's defect caused a small leak (that's confirmed), for which he came back to fix.  He replaced several parts to make sure of the fix, and even returned again to make sure that all was OK.  This was 'above and beyond the call', and I'm sure he had no profit involved in this job.   Thanks, Matt - will definitely call again.

Matt had to make two trips out for the installation of a gas fireplace. The first was to cut off and cap the gas line that was there and the second to hook up the fireplace. He was very accommodating which is very helpful when you are trying to schedule several tradesmen for a project.

On time and slightly under budget. Company is responsive, professional, and performs quality work.

I was given an approximate estimate over the phone when we discussed the service.  The price charged was within the estimate. Matt and his staff were very professional and neat in appearance and their work. As a senior citizen I had no anxiety about having them in my home.Every step was explained.  I had a complete level of confidence in their work which was so important because they were working with gas lines. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them and use them in the future. 

Great!  Very responsive.  Called back right away.  Showed up when they promised.  Cleaned up afterward.  Had good ideas on how to approach job and accomplish what I wanted.  Overall, very professional and friendly.  Would highly recommend them to others.

OUTSTANDING! Matt was polite, professional, and friendly. He examined the issue and was able to give me a few choices for resolving the problem I was experiencing. The work was done much more quickly than I expected and it was thorough. Matt left the area as clean as when he found it (maybe cleaner...) and left me feeling good about the work that had been completed.

Matt was great in assessing the work to be performed in order to minimize damage to fix the repair. We knew we'd have to cut into at least one if not two areas in order to find the leak.  Although at first thought the inside cut would be in the laundry room (not so bad) but upon further assessment decided to cut behind dishwasher first - and there was the leak.  Small cut to an outside pipe encasement also had to be made. Pipe was repaired with minimal exposure damage to the main parts of the house.  Matt and Justin worked together, walked me through the thought process and other options and considerations.  They did a great job.  I've already have another project for them.

Matt was prompt , courteous and very helpful with selecting the appropriate equipment for the project. he helped out with a dishwasher install that Sears was not prepared for even though i had paid Sears for it! He works with a carpenter mike who is also very professional and helpful. The work was done as promised and with attention to detail. Everything was left spotless and we will use both Matt and Mike again soon. The quality was exceptional.

They called very late he was very nice gave me a price which I could not afford at this time and I ended up doing it myself.

Matt and Jason were prompt and efficient.  Cooktop was installed and tested.  No problems.

Matt and his helper came to my home and priced a sink I was thinking of putting in the basement, and we decided it was not cost-effective for me, even though he was more than willing to work with me on the price.  Then we went up to my bathroom and he provided and fixed the spigot and shower head, so that everything ran without dripping.

It went very well. They came in the time window discussed, were friendly, and gave a fair price. Not afraid of getting a little dirty to get the job done. Would call again.

Went great! We shopped around and he was by far the best bang for your buck, especially considering I contacted him on such short notice. He did a great job fitting us into his schedule, he showed up when he said he would  and took care of business. Great experience all around.

Matt and his assistand were super helpful, professional, and willing to explain why things were done the way they were.  His prices are fair and he gives you them before the work is actually performed.  The products used are high quality.  It is nice to find a contractor that doesn't make you feel like you are being screwed.  I will definitely call him again.

Matt and assistant were on time, professional and were very responsive to our questions. New radiator works and looks great. Price was fair. We have used Matt's Pro Plumbing before with same results and we have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Matt and helper arrive on schedule, replaced the toilets and disposed of the old units and packaging from new units. A week later responded next day to our urgent call regarding the washer feed valve. All work was done professionally. Areas left clean.

Matt was very responsive, coming the next business day after my call.  He arrived promptly on time.  He was very friendly, personable and professional.  He took a quick look, explained what he would do, gave me a reasonable estimate, had me sign a work order, and then set to work.  Within a half hour he replaced a couple parts in the toilet, cleaned and tightened other parts, and solved all 3 problems that had been nagging me for a while.  Matt is very knowledgeable and he clearly takes pride in his work.  I am happy to recommend him.

Prior to an on site visit Matt gave me a quote over the phone within my budget so I decided to give him a try.I was cocerned that once on site the price to repair my outside water faucet would be considerably more as the job would include installation of water pipe through the dry wall of my finished basement.Matt and Justin managed to accomplish repair with no damage to wall.
They were very professional and efficient. A plus rating all the way.

He did a great job from start to finish.  He called when he said he would and gave me specific quotes on several pieces of work I was considering having done at my house.  He was very flexible with scheduling, came on time, and both he and his partner were very professional.  I will definitely have him work on future projects.  Highly recommend!

I like them very much. They were very professional, they were very clean and he went over with me before he did the job. I have very good things to say about them. We didn't run to any problems. They just came in and did the job. I though their price was good, he went over everything with me and I had other prior estimates too from other places and I felt this was right in line with everyone else.

Matt and his helper Jason  arrived on time as scheduled. They put tarps in all walking areas to keep the areas clean from construction debris. As with any construction job there were unforeseen problems with the drain pipe and flooring which they handled with no problem. They worked fast and neat and courteous. By four o'clock we had a nice new shower unit completed and the walls sheetrocked  and taped. If you need a plumber , look no further!
