Jason's bid, out of the gate, was $500 less than the next lowest and a whopping $5,000 less than the local, highly touted, construction company. And, once we committed to him, with no prompting, he dropped the price another $500. As promised the job was completed in a single day. The job site was kept neat and orderly and the crew hard working and professional. Never having worked with them before I watched the entire operation We were so happy with the work and Jason's attention to detail we contracted JTP Construction to expand our front porch (from 4 1/2' x 28' to 10 1/2' x 28'). Again Jason's crew were very hard working and professional. This job took a bit longer than the roof and Jason stayed in constant touch with us throughout the job via email and telephone. Without exception we are very pleased with the work JTP Construction performed and recommend them unequivocally.
