The Cleaning Crew

People were nice to deal with. Changed their time but did not tell me. Woke up early to wait for them and then finally called ansd found out they switched me to the afternoon- but never told me. What if I had gone out? They had no key.

Charlie came to walk through the house, agree on the work to be done, and set a price. He was very nice and took extensive notes. The cleaner came as scheduled. The cleaning was mediocre, but we gave it another week. The second cleaning was much worse. Many parts of the house were untouched. Surfaces and floors were left undusted and uncleaned. The one-room carpeted basement, which was supposed to have been vacuumed, had not even been entered. The beds were made messily. I doubt if the cleaner spent more than an hour at our house. We called Charlie to cancel the arrangement. He called back to offer us a different cleaner. I was no longer interested because I felt that Charlie had failed to communicate well to the original cleaner the details of our conversations, and I did not think that this problem would change simply by using a different cleaner from his company.

Charlie responded immediately to my initial call for temporary housecleaning and work began the next week. Our house-cleaner, Kelly, was very thorough and conscientious and when she was through the house was spotless. I highly recommend the Cleaning Crew.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. MY HOUSE ALWAYS SPARKLES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN HERE AND CLEANED. THEY ARE VERY HONEST PEOPLE AND ARE EXTREMELY DEPENDABLE. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO.
