 + -1 moreKen sounded very disorganized when he returned my call to make an appointment... I was already thinking I wouldn't want to hire him, but thought it may have just been bad timing. Then he didn't even show up, no phone call later or anything. Should have trusted my instinct and not wasted my time waiting for him to show up! But I'm also glad the lack of professionalism was obvious BEFORE hiring, not after.
