Window got moldy between the glass. It is only a year and a half or so old, cannot get them to return my calls. Warranty sounds good until it fails. Frank and Mark are nice but service after the sale... well good luck! Now, I have to buy another one and I am a senior citizen on a fixed income.

There was a slight imperfection in the gate and it was replaced as soon as the owner noticed it. Other contractors or service providers that I've used would have just tried to patch it, this company did the right thing by replacing it entirely. I am extremely happy with the service and the quality of the workmanship. I have gotten many compliments from my neighbors.

Tim and Mark were both very friendly and did an excellent job. They took their time to make sure the job was done right. I especially loved that the job was done at the price they quoted us. So many times in the past when we have used contractors for any job there always seemed to be hidden surprises that needed extra money to complete the job, not with Home Town Fence & Gate. I would highly recommend them and I am keeping their number for any future jobs that I need done.

The men who did the work were very nice and did a very good job. I was happy to see the work met my expectations. These men are reliable and take pride in the work they do, which in this day and age is hard to find, they go out of their way to go the extra mile. I was glad I hired them and I will hire them again. Call them and see for yourself.

They called me after I posted my job on a Saturday night at 7:00 PM and came out Sunday morning at 11:00 AM to do the repair. This was much appreciated because the door would not close nor lock properly and I was getting snow ingress through the small opening crack where the door was unable to clear. They did the repair of the door on it's track as well as the lock which had been damaged.

The job was to trim end of cabinets in order to fit a refrigerator between wall and cabinetry. Frank did a lousy job. The cuts were crooked/wavy; the formica was chipped; he scratched the refrigerator pushing it in; he didn't cap the end of the cabinet as he promised; and he reinstalled the shelf support at an angle so it is not level. It took him two days, he was never on time, never called to tell us when he would show up, and then had the nerve to say he'll give us break and only charge $400! What a rip off!
