I pasted I need someone to come look at my furnace and within minutes Troy Brown was calling me. He was on his way to me with in the hour he found that I needed a part that we could get the next day, he came back the next day put the new part in and my furnace was fixed !

We were fortunate to have been recommended to Troy for a dryer repair! The dryer is only two years old with a five-year warranty extended warranty, so we originally had to go through Lowe's where we purchased. After almost a month of back and forth to get an appointment (they only came to Woodland Park once a week) with the recommended repair company, one where the company was a "no show." my husband demanded follow up from Lowe's. Finally with permission and specified guidelines, we were able to find someone independent of Lowe's. I went through Home Advisor and Troy contacted me within the hour. He came to our home to inspect the problem, ordered the part needed and two days (as soon as he received the part) later fixed the dryer. We highly recommend Troy for his expediency in resolving the problem and getting the job done! Fortunate to have his talent and multi-faceted services available in Woodland Park.

Troy promptly returned my call with a text to tell me he would call ASAP. Then he provided partial same day service on my gas range. A part needed to be ordered and the next day he was back with it and installed it. His prices are very reasonable. I will definitely call him again.

Hired Troy to repair our Electrolux dryer. He is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He texted before the repair appointment to let me know he was running a few minutes late. Wish all service/repair folks would do that! Will definitely hire again.

Troy came out to fix my corn stove. He did great work and was fast. I would hire him again.

Troy came to fix a wash machine. . He said parts were more expensive than what machine was worth. I paid him for the call but he felt bad taking my money and not helping. He said he would give a free service call in the future. Yesterday I receive my new machine but told I needed a plumber. Troy came immediately. He hooked up my machine and didn't charge me. I highly recommend him for his fairness.
