Shane was very friendly and professional to work with. I called him around mid morning and he was kind enought to inform me that I was second in line to have my vehicle towed. An hour or so later Shane arrived to load my truck onto his flatbed car hauler, which he performed quickly yet very safely (since we were blocking the entrance to the hotel.) On the way to the service shop we had a plesant conversation even discussing our friends/family back in MN. I would highly recommend Shane to tow anyone's vehicle to their desired destination.
