Scott arrived on-time and diagnosed the problem (main line drain blockage), snaked the line - all the way out (clearing two blockages) quickly and efficiently. He did an excellent and thorough job, re-drilling the anchor bolts for the toilet he had to remove to snake the main line.
He also explained all the work he did and provided advise how to clear another mild clog myself. 
Scott did an excellent job and I'll call Lakewood Plumbing & Heating first for my next plumbing issue.

Technician had to travel about 35 miles in a morning spring snow storm. 
No small feat.  He could have easily canceled and chose not to.  I felt price
was quite reasonable for time and effort.  Technician was courteous and
walked me through each step.  One slight delay was that the technician
didn't have the appropriate size valve on his truck.  He was able to go
to a nearby hardware store and get a proper sized valve.  No charge for the time it took to get the valve. Majority of cost was service fee and labor.  I plan to call them back in soon to bury my sump pump exterior drain.

The guy who installed it did a great job. I appreciate that he took some time to explain what he was doing and the process he used to set it up. He was friendly and inviting to talk with. He also gave me some tips to help maximize the life of our water heater. The company was up front and honest about their pricing. Our rental property is on the third floor. The delivery guys did not seem resentful that they needed to carry it up the stairs.

Lakewood Plumbing did a fantastic job! They were on time, completed in a day, were careful with my yard and did not damage any trees or plants. They replaced the sod and when they were done you could hardly tell they dug a trench in my front yard from the street to my house.

I phoned Lakewood Plumbing on Monday, July 23 and made the appointment.  Steve came as scheduled the following Wednesday.  He was pleasant and professional and did everything very competently.  I can think of nothing that could have been improved upon.

The entire job went very well.  It has now been two years, and the new boiler has performed without a hitch and without ANY leaks once a defective Chinese tridicator gauge was replaced a couple days after installation.  They obtained a building permit from the city.  The work was done by an extremely competent union plumber (Brian).  Lakewood Plumbing removed the old boiler and disposed of it.  They put protective plastic on the carpeted stairs and hallway.  They lent me some electric heaters to keep the house warm during the installation.  They cleaned up when the project was completed.

They were great people. Even though they worked really hard they did not find where the leak was coming from for 12 days. Not for their lack of trying, however. I will use them again in the future.

Yesterday we noticed a leak in our crawl space and called for service.   They immediately sent out Brian to check it out.   He quickly diagnosed the problem as a worn out and disintegrating external faucet.  

 He replaced it and cleaned up the work area in less than an hour.  He was so considerate he even took his shoes off to walk through the house so he wouldn?t track any dirt.  He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. 

They were very quick, knew what they were doing, and worked around my busy work schedule. When I had a furnace problem later in the winter, they were the first ones I called.

I really enjoyed working with them and they did a really good job. They completed the job as promised and everything is running great. I couldn't believe that it didn't take them along time to complete the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The "plumber" they sent over had no idea what he was doing. It took him all day to complete a pretty simple repair. Since then, I have spoken with other plumbers who suggested the work should have cost $100-$150. The "plumber" left a disaster, was unprofessional, & did not even completely fix the problem. I called to complain & Lakewood Plumbing told me there was nothing they could do. Do not call Lakewood Plumbing. They charge too much & do a very poor job.

Although this company would not be my first choice, I still like what they did. The charges, compared to the amount of work, were pretty good. They got all the various leaks stopped, and were pretty quick to get there, so I might try them again.

They were very fast and convenient when we needed their service. They were in and out within a very short time. The price was low compared to other companies.
