Best Marine Service

I was very impressed with Best Marine. I dealt with Rick, Pat, and Shelly and all were very kind and helpful. Best Marine knows their boats. I felt very confident with their expertise with my boat. I took my boat to Best Marine to compare them to Front Range Marine and they were so much more detailed in their inspection of my boat I was sold from the start. After finding more issues than I expected after purchasing the used boat Pat and Rick both took the time to answer all my questions and come up with the best solution for repairing it. I feel they went the extra mile to help me and I am grateful. I will use them for all my boat needs in the future. It is nice to find people you can trust.

I have used Best Marine Services several times. Their prices may be a little high, but they do a good job so I guess you get what you pay for. I dislike that they are usually 2 weeks behind so you have to leave your boat there. What I like is that they are efficient, honest and upfront, they don't tell you that you need things that you don't need.

Best Marine did minor repairs to my boat, e.g performing electrical work, changing spark plugs, changing gear lube, adjusting shift & throttle cable and adjusting the idle speed and mixture on my 20-year-old OB motor. Best charges $90/hr which is probably close to the industry standard. Bob, the Best Marine technician who worked on my boat, kept me informed of his findings and sought my approval before performing any work. He also patiently answered questions I had. Although I had been told the evaluation would take no more than a week, the boat was at Best Marine for more than two weeks due to apparent heavy backlog of work.
