We call whenever we have any difficulties and they help us. They always do a good job. The technicians that come out stand out. The lady in the office is very nice, too. Whenever you call and tell her what you've got going on she tries to help you. Then she calls the guys who come out and she schedules when they can come out. The quality is fine. There was one time that they called and said that they would be a little bit late. It was fine. They always do let us know ahead of time if they can't come earlier than the appointment.

Ian downloaded a newer version of Internet Explorer.  He went into the SAP program to make sure that I could access
everything that I needed to.  A few adjustments needed to be made.  He made them and had me try the entries that I have to
make. I was able to access them all and have not had any issues since.

From my first call, answered by Angie, I knew I'd called the right place. Angie was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She set up an appointment with Ian a few days out and told me to call if I had questions before Ian came to my home office. And I did have questions. I called two or three times before Ian came, and Angie patiently and knowledgeably gave me the answers I needed. Ian showed up on time a few days later and quickly and efficiently did all the worked I needed, while explaining in layman's language what he was doing. He set up my new computer and printer and transferred all my files from my old laptop. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant person to spend a couple of hours with. It's been a few weeks now and I haven't had a single issue. I've found my new computer people. As long as they're around, I won't need anyone else.

Zack initially came in to address some software upgrade issues and to give us an overall opinion of our specific network needs, and the resulting costs affixed. This was 2 yrs ago and we would not even consider calling anyone else.

Computer repair is scary when you are clueless about what is going on!  When my laptop began running slowly, refusing to logoff, and had problems opening all programs, I called the "geeks" to come out and service it and set-up a wireless network.  Needless to say, big mistake!!!  I spent a lot of money, and it was worse after they finished their "service".  So, feeling ripped-off and VERY frustrated, and still unable to open any programs, connect to the internet, or logoff my computer (but with a wireless network that worked 20% of the time) I began to call computer technicians.  Two of them diagnosed my computer as having a "bug" and told me that it would be anywhere from $200-$400 to fix- how they diagnosed it over the phone, with my very limited knowledge and description, I will never know.  I was not impressed.  So, I called Aspire.  Angie took my call and was very nice and sympathetic to my dilemna, and sheduled Ian to come out and diagnose my laptop a few days later.  She was very thorough in explaining procedure/price, and even called me back after we hung-up and she had spoken to one of the technicians, to try and give me a couple of suggestions to try at home to see if the problem could be easily resolved.  No such luck.  So, Ian came out and after a thorough check-up, told me that my Windows Vista was crashing... or had already crashed.  He gave me a couple of options as I did not have another system to install at that point, and was very honest about what would be most cost-effective for me.  He even offered to give me assistance over the phone after I purchased another operating system, so that I did not have to pay to have him come back again. With the help of his phone assistance, I installed the system, and my laptop is back to working order.  I could not have been more pleased with Aspire in every way, and would not hesitate to use them again.  They are honest, reasonably priced, and, they know what they are doing!!!  All-in-all a wonderful company.

The technician arrived at the time scheduled and promptly went to work.  He answered questions I  had while he worked.  He "cleaned up" programs on the computer that I didn't need indicated that the internet account I had provided anti-virus software and I would not need to pay for an extra program.  He was very professional.

See above --  No, I'm not going to "tell you the story from start to finish." I have a job and only 8 hours in which to perform it each day. Honestly, I HATE these surveys that take forever to complete. Actually I hate ALL surveys. Do you have any idea how many companies want me to complete a survey at home AND at work? There are way too many. If you want to survey people, keep it to 2 or 3 quest6ions -- NO LONG ESSAY assignments, PLEEZE

He has always done a great job with what I needed, and this recent occasion was no different.  He downloaded all the updates I needed to run my computer safely and efficiently, and fixed a few other items that I requested such as setting the default to black and white printing, and adding the windows search feature to my computer.  He has always been responsive, and I trust him.  I like having someone that I am familiar with in my home.

"The first service call we were asked to address 10 months ago was for a virus removal which we successfully addressed. Our most recent two service calls for this customer were for a large number of time consuming tasks that were unrelated to a computer tune-up including a DSL modem replacement, wireless router configuration, network printer setup, iPad synchronization, Windows password recovery, email password reset, and email filtering. During this time looked at the multiple computers to ensure there were no obvious signs of failure in addition to standard maintenance tasks. Shortly later through a number of remote support sessions, phone calls, and emails at no charge to the customer, we discovered that there were underlying operating system issues on one of the computers that would require additional time and effort to resolve. Unfortunately, our customer was not interested in our troubleshooting steps or working with us further to find a cost-effective resolution."

 They had the computer for two days.  They ran stress tests on it and discovered the problem.  The problem software was removed and it works much better now.
