house cleaning
 + -1 moreI was able to plead my case to Living Social and they did refund my money. This is after several calls and emails to Dankyl to reschedule an appointment. I hope to never have to talk to or deal with this unethical company again.
Description of Work: I bought a voucher via Living Social for Move Out whole house cleaning services and it was the most negative experience I've had. They failed to even show up or call for the first scheduled date. I rescheduled and they emailed less than 12 hours prior to cancel due to "auto problems" which I later find out was a flat tire. I tried and tried to reschedule since my house was going on the market and I needed cleaning but they failed to respond to my emails or phone message. Their phone machine was constantly "full" so further messages were impossible. They literally blew me off - having taken my money then showing no interest in working with me. Anyone WOULD BE CRAZY TO USE THEM!
