He is the person who found the house we live in. I am pretty sceptical when it comes to realtors but I have a great deal of trust in him. He is very honest, very thorough. He will spend amazing amounts of time with anybody who needs that. He is very responsive and calls you back right away. He listens to what you want and he can get back to you and find you what you would like. He helped us find the house that we live in. He spent quite a bit of time researching the neighbourhoods we wanted and found this house as soon as it went on the list and I got to see it the next day. He told me that three other people had made a bid on the house the next day but we were able to get it because he got us here quickly. I actually called him in the summer of 2011 because I was thinking of finding a different house, but I had to go to Afghanistan so I did not have time. I think he charges six per cent if you sell a house.
