Complete nightmare....Awful. Not only did we pay these foul-mother crooks over two grand to pack our home, we are out THOUSANDS of dollars in ruined goods ($3k WHITE couch that was not wrapped because they claimed they can't wrap leather... it is CLEARLY microfiber), treadmill desk, entertainment center, seven chairs, a bed frame, etc... When we called to inquire about filing a claim, we were cussed at, called liars, and told that lies would be made up against us if we take them to court. They drank water at our home all day, then proceeded to tell us we were awful clients because we didn't offer them food or drink. Pure delusion. I would rather strap my goods to the back of a smelly donkey and transport them then depend on these clowns. RUN FAST! And, to boot, these crooks only take cash.... there's hint number one that they are not trustworthy.

BEWARE!! This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They destroyed all our furniture. They did not shrink wrap our white couch and it got destroyed. There excuse was that they thought it was leather. How do you move stuff for a living and not know the difference between a soft material and leather. We gave them water and they said we did not offer them water and food. We did give them water but how is that our responsibility? The owner Ray was cussing and swearing at me saying it was our fault that our furniture was damaged. They put our TV's on the bottom and put weight on them and refused to let us do a claim even though there contract says we can. They had so many hidden fees that it cost over $2,000 and they only took cash (red flag). The list goes on and on how awful this company is. The owner threatened me with total lies that were not true. I have never dealt with a company this bad in my life. The people that unpacked us said they have never seen such a bad packing job in their entire life. Please do not use this company because I would hate for anyone to have to go through what we went through.
