Wind damage on our Northglenn home, called my insurance company they send a company out who said I needed a new roof. Then insurance company disagrees with that opinion and said just tack down some shingles and my roof is old anyway. I called Roofworx for a second opinion and Victor responded. He came out, checked out our roof by walking it and by drone and agreed that it needed replaced- he then offered to meet with our insurance company adjuster. They walked the roof together and lo and behold...We needed a new roof and insurance would pay for it. Roofworx used quality GAF materials, tore off and hauled away the old roof, installed a quality new roof on our home in one 11.5 hour day. Passed inspection with no problem and the best part- I paid my deductible and Farmers paid the rest. We would not hesitate to use Thornton Roofworxs again and recommend them without reservation.

Victor came out on a Saturday to do the inspection, which he did free of charge. He communicated very well, and even called to let us know his previous appt was going to make him a few minutes late. He did the inspection and determined that we did not have a roof problem we simply had a vent that had let some water in from the storm that occured while we were gone. Great. The estimate was spot on. Brian worked with my insurance to ensure all things hail damaged were accounted for. He and his crew worked with our solar company to coordinate with our solar removal and re-installation. The crew was friendly and considerate. The cleanup the crew did was thorough. Wow. I really appreciate the work that Roof Worx has done for my family. After the 2013 Erie microburst (that leveled the Boulder Valley Velodrome), I knew it wouldn't be long before unscrupulous roofers started knocking on doors in my neighborhood. I did a pre-emptive strike and looked up Roof Worx through BBB listings (before I had AL) and gave them a call. Brian was out within 24 hours to assess the damage (where it took State Farm nearly 2 weeks) - and helped facilitate the entire insurance claim processes.Brian Benner is a godsend. Not only did he effectively act as the GC for the entire project - but he was quick to answer calls or texts and helped minimize the impact these repairs had on my family's life (my wife was 8 months pregnant, on bed-rest). In fact - his guys stayed until almost 8 pm to finish the roof and skylights in one day (as they thought rain might be coming). AND RAIN IT DID - RoofWorx saved us BIG TIME! The rain that came lasted for more than a week (the 2013 Colorado Flood) - but we stayed dry with zero leaks under our nice new roof.The custom-order windows took a little longer (especially with the other damage claims that came in after the flood) - but again, Brian communicated with us regularly and even stopped by a few times to give us updates - checking in to make sure their repairs were not impacted by the flood. Once they were in town the windows, like the roof, were installed in one day - and were an instant improvement. I love the new windows.Through the entire process, State Farm tried repeatedly to cheap-out on us - but we had Brian on our side, ensuring that the job was done correctly. I don't envy what he and his team had to go through with State Farm (the two instances I sat on hold with State Farm for 90 minutes were enough for me!) - but he worked with them and got them to make us whole from the loss.I highly recommend Roof Worx for the information, communication and service that they provide. The previous winter after heavy snow, when the snow melted we were getting leaking into the house. Problem was some bad shingles and flashing along the roof line. Roof Worx repaired this problem.We also decided to install a solar-powered attic vent fan, to keep the attic cooler in the summer, to keep the upstairs cooler. Roof Worx recommended a particular model, which we decided to use. Roof Worx purchased and installed the fan.

Sherri Pe'a followed the entire roofing process from initial inspection to final inspection. She spent countless hours to ensure that the venting in the roof was adequate and thorough. She contacted all parties involved and kept the process moving from start to finish, The process was tedious for her because she was dealing with the manufacturer of the shingles of the previous roofing job. She left nothing for me to handle and was always available whenever there were questions. I would highly recommend RoofWorx and Sherri Pe'a.

We had a very good experience with RoofWorx. The salesman, Rick, worked long and hard with us to get the shingles we wanted, bringing us sample after sample without complaint until we got something we thought would look good...and it did! The only issue I could possibly raise was that it took a while to get the roof started (it went perfectly quickly once begun) but Denver _did_ have a huge number of damaged roofs after a major hail event...on our street, at least half of the houses got new roofs, and some are still having work done now, many months later. The RoofWorx folks also did the work for our neighbors on both sides of us. In particular, one neighbor is over 90, and I thought the salesman did an excellent job of shepherding this elderly gent through the process...showing lots of patience, repeating things, sending duplicate paperwork to the insurance for him, etc., etc. Unusually kind. The scheduler was good to his word, the crew that did the work was friendly and as tidy as roofers can be (sure I found a few scraps after they'd gone, but very few.) There was a small issue with the reattaching of our swamp cooler, not a problem per se but a question. I called it in, and then had the opportunity to speak with the owner (Bart?) when he came to inspect all three houses after the work was done, and he answered my questions and promised follow-up if needed (which it wasn't...no harm was done at all.) So, I have to say that I was pleased with pretty much the whole operation, with the attention, with the care taken of my elderly neighbor, and so on. Certainly would use RoofWorx again, and recommended.

My contact Paul Donaghey handled all details with the insurance company, explained my options, helped me select shingle and drip edge colors and helped me decide about upgrading to impact resistant shingles. His crew was on time and draped my entire front porch with tarps. My next-door neighbor is a retired rancher and Ford mechanic who repairs everything on his house himself - including window installing - and he was very impressed with the crew that came out. They made TWO visits to make sure the whole yard was cleaned up. I garden extensively, and so my porch is full of flowerpots, and they not only carefully moved them, they moved them BACK! In the complete tear-off of multiple layers of shingles, all that I have found that they left behind was a single screw (and that could have been mine) and a single piece of underlayment the size of a postage stamp. I received an email a few days before my re-roof, explaining how the job would go and that I would need to take down any pictures or wall hangings just to be on the safe side. Paul had received glowing references from a friend of mine who had a VERY complicated roof - big Victorian ranch house in Berthoud - and quickly supplied other references on request. Couldn't be happier and my roof looks very, very good. My only regret: Not having had them do the attic insulation while they were at it!

From our initial phone call to Roof Worx to the final day of roof inspection we could not have been happier with our experience with Brian Benner, Truman, the foreman, our fantastic crew of very hard working and conscientious roofers, and Misty at the front desk. We feel that we were extremely FORTUNATE to have found Roof Worx. Victor came and detailed out all the different shingles we could get and why we would want one or another. I really appreciated that he didn't seem to prefer one or another. He told us the facts about each type, and then let us know what the insurance would pay for and what the upgrade charges would be if we choose one of the others. It was a very bad storm and so it took a few weeks for them to get to us. They arrived on site, and got the job done in just a few days. At the end of each day, the yard was clean, and there were no nails or other scraps laying about. They keep a very clean job site. After it was done we had one issue which they dealt with quickly and efficiently. Roof Works did a great job for us, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent! Third time we have used RoofWorx for a roof replacement (personal residence and two rental properties). Jim, Sherri and Justin are a pleasure to work with. They work the details with the insurance companies so you don't have to, including meeting the adjuster at the property. Always eager to throw in free upgrades and make necessary repairs just to keep the customer happy. And when the roofer made a small mistake by sealing an extra vent, someone came right out and fixed it immediately. It is not that mistakes don't get made by businesses, but it is how they remediate that mistake that separates the good ones from the bad ones. Roof Worx is one of the good ones. Brian at RoofWorx found a solution for my problem that no other provider had. Installation was a multiway effort to allow coats to cure. It went well and we were done on time. I now have a fresh surface with a 10 year warranty.

They showed prepared by putting tarps down , then started removing old shingles. They replaced any sheets of wood that needed to be replaced. Prepped the roof for the new product. Started putting the new shingles on. They cleaned up very well when they finished.

They worked with our schedule and came on time. It was a large crew. In less than a week they installed the entire roof, and we have a large roof. They were very professional, organized and worked very fast. When they left we didn't have to go around and do cleanup after them. It was all clean. We are very satisfied with their work, the quality of the product, and the communication. All requested paperwork, forms and insurance were sent immediately. Just a great company. We have recommended them to our friends and associates.

Roof Worx staff was very well organized and professional from start to finish. When inclement weather was imminent, they took the initiative to reschedule the work ahead of time and made sure that everything was agreeable with us. The work crew was efficient and conscientious and did a quality job. They also did a commendable job cleaning up when the job was done. After an extraordinary hail storm I called 5 roofers for estimates. Except for Roof Worx all the other companies just bid a shingle replacement. Roof Worx was the only one who compared the damage to the adjusters report. They found lots of missed damage and successfully got the insurance company to change their assessment -- more than once. They also were the only ones to look under the shingles at the deck. It was a very non-standard material that would not pass county inspection. At this point, things got interesting. Roof Works thoroughly reviewed my insurance coverage and county code and came up with a solution that could be covered by my insurance and acceptable to the county. Roof Works then got the insurance to agree and worked out a detailed solution with the county and engineers. Very little head aches for me! All the people that came out to work were good at their job, polite, and professional. The job was well planned out and no corners were cut. Quality materials were used everywhere. Roof Works owners came out frequently and reviewed the progress and talked to me to answer any questions. Results were way beyond my expectations. Clean up was excellent. I will use them again at home or at work!
