Bob was great at explaining what he was doing and showing me areas as he went along.  He also explained why and how often to clean the air ducts and furnace.  Bob was very professional and a pleasure to work with .  He also took pictures with his phone to show me before and after cleaning!

Bob, He was very professional! Explained all that was going to be done, prior to starting work. Worked very hard and was very thorough! He has a very nice personality! I would have them service my ducts again. I am very satisfied with the work performed and his willingness to answer any questions that I had.

OMG!!! Absolutely wonderful. We are second owners of the house, and have lived here 6 years I was amazed to see how 'dirty' we were. (He found drywall) He explained what was going on...and we had the four letter word:  MOLD.  He was able to catch it in the beginning stage and suggested that we sanitize the system.  Would I recommend him again?  Absolutely.  I am thinking of having him do my carpets as well!!!!
