Very good - prompt and very clean after they were done. No upselling like I have experienced with other vent cleaners.

The team was professional and completed the work as asked.

They came and my vent was not clogged. They didn't even come in. I guess they don't need to do that. It was 10 minutes and that was it. They were very polite and very nice. I feel like I spent $59. I thought it was clogged so I can't blame that to them. I don't think I would have them again. Their responsiveness was good. I think they did what they could do. Ten minutes and they were done.

The cleaning process went well, but I originally had ProClean Cleaning Services scheduled for Thursday, September 22, 2016, between 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. No one came to the scheduled appointment. I then called the company and was told that they had an quipment break down. Had I not called the company, I would have not know of this situation. Unfortunately, no one from ProClean bothered to call me. Today, my air ducts got cleaned. One of the technicians by the name of Sam I found to be very rude and not warm and friendly. I was completely turned off by his attitude and unprofessionalism.

Disaster! The AC vent cleaning went well and we opted for the extra $90 to disinfect the vents as recommended by the technician. He started sweeping the chimney and we left the room to work in another part of the house. My mother-in-law went back up stairs and shouted for me to come up. I went into the kitchen and saw a cloud of soot and dust engulfing the sitting room and the kitchen. The technician had not tented off the chimney area and the filter on his vacuum had a hole it in. The place was covered in dust and soot. The technician packed away his things and then apologized for the mess, saying that accidents happen. He then expected me to sign his paperwork and let him leave! I asked who was supposed to clean up the mess. Apparently I was. I asked to speak to his manager but he did not answer our call (it was a Saturday afternoon). The technician then offered to vacuum the dust, which he spent less than an hour doing, missing piles of soot and the entire kitchen. I refused to sign his paperwork and told him to leave so we could clean up properly. My wife and I spent 3 hours cleaning the soot and dust off every part of the ground floor, including replacing the removable sofa covers, cleaning the light fittings and steam mopping the floors, twice. I called the company on the Monday and they sent 2 technicians round to discuss it. The talkative technician was very apologetic and offered 50% of the cost of the chimney cleaning and 20% off our next service. I told him I wanted our sofa covers dry cleaned, as they have to be, and for the company to re-clean the ground floor. He informed me that this was not possible and offered to pay for the cost of the dry cleaning only. He put the $130 (the amount I paid last time I had them cleaned) on the counter. I said I would accept the money to clean the covers and leave a review saying that the service was bad but the customer service was good. He asked me to leave NO review at all. I said I wouldn't lie and would leave an honest review, at which point he picked the money back up and made an offer of cleaning the covers himself and a free service, again on the condition that I didn't leave a bad review. This went back and forth for a few minutes before I told them both to get out of my house. He held out the $130 again and I told him to get the *%&$ out of my house. I had to repeat myself a few times and eventually had to hold the door open before they left. They said the manager would call me, but two days later I have heard nothing, nor do I want to. I would rather pay for the dry cleaning myself than have then in my home for one more minute.

The tech was friendly and was at my door at the predetermined time. The process however, wasn't effective. There was a machine hooked up to the main trunk line to "suck" the displaced dust through the system while the tech sat at each vent and just shot compressed air into the duct system. Then the tech just shot air into the air returns while the house fan was on in combination with there vacuum system turned on. After the tech left, i re-inspected the system and found large amounts of dust and pet hair just out of eye site, so the tech essentially sprayed the outer perimeter of the vents and wall cavities and no additional air or brushes were used to force more dust, hair and general filth to the vacuum. All in all it took 1 hour to shoot compressed air into my ducts, but i don't feel the system was cleaned. I have had air duct cleaning performed in another home, and the entire duct system was scrubbed with a rotating brush and the wall cavities were scrubbed and vacuumed clean. The process took 4 hours in total. Not sure what i was signing up for, the 119 dollar deal didn't have a description of services provided so i only assumed it was going to be a similar experience. I would have gladly paid more for a proper house cleaning, but this was not worth the money, since i will have to have it done again. I will edit my post with pictures 9/20/2016.

That was kind of so so. He cleaned the dryer vent by cleaning where the vent exited on the outside of the house. So he didn't do anything into the dryer, through the tube that runs from the dryer to that outside vent. He didn't like the way it looked, he didn't do it. Don't ask me why I wasn't here but that's what he told my husband. So when I got said okay so I pushed the dryer out I took the vacuum and bought a new tube cause I thought well if it wasn't cleaned I have nothing that would clean it and just replace it and stuff but all he did was where the vent came through the wall from the outside of the inside and that was it. Again like I said I wasn't here when he did it but for the vents, I don't know how they are supposed to do it. I know I've had it done before but I had dust or whatever, it was like he you know how if your vacuum hose disconnects, I had dust on the counters on the cupboards and this isn't just in the kitchen that, things that were on the wall, I have no idea and it was at one corner of the kitchen so whether you had a problem with that vent or I don't know. It was a little unusual. There didn't seem to be that type of problem that I noticed anywhere else but like I said I wasn't here when he did it so I didn't get to see the type of equipment that he used.

They were in and out in a flash. I do not believe that they did any inspection. They offered no comment on safety or condition. Not sure that they did anything.

They were friendly, professional, and clean. They walked me through additional services that were needed, and reasonably priced. I ended up purchasing more than I'd originally envisioned, but feel really good about the quality of the work and the benefit we will receive in terms of cleanliness and breathability in our home.

Joe came out, very nice guy. Cleaned the fireplace and showed me before he did it and after he did it explained everything. Then cleaned the furnace and told us of a minor repair we needed. Really good person .

ProClean Cleaning Services were terrific. They were on time and very respectful of our home. Best of all they did an excellent job that we hired them for. We will call them again and recommend them to our friends.

Showed up on time but only worked for maybe 20 minutes. Surprised it didn't take longer since it is an unlined wood burning fireplace that hadn't been cleaned in some time. He even said it was in bad shape. Also, out of state license plate made us wonder if he was actually local.

I bought a condo 6 mos ago at the time of the service and had some remodeling performed in the kitchen and bathrooms. In addition the previous owners smoked in the condo. The remodeling had finished so it was time to freshen my condo. The technician from Pro Clean Cleaning Services arrived on time and we reviewed the services, air duct cleaning, contacted through Angie's List. The technician asked if the furnace had been cleaned and suggested I add the service. The whole process took about 2 hours the technician added a disinfectant after cleaning the furnace. My condo had a fresh clean scent and the smoke scent left by the previous owners was gone. I am very pleased with the service. ProClean Cleaning Services has flexible hours including Saturdays.

On-time, efficient, and took great care not to leave a mess ( of dryer lint). Will hire again.

Great! Joe was very professional. He explained throughly what he would be doing. I had both the ducts and furnace cleaned and had him deodorize as well. He was very neat and careful with furniture. He arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. I will definitely recommend Pro Clean.

very unsatisfied with service Service provider were unprofessional and did not inspect the chimney from the roof as it should have been done using only the flashlight on his phone to look up in the chimney from below Did not know we had prepaid One appeared not to speak/understand English, I am convinced that I will need to hire someone else to inspect my chimney We are senor citizens and need to feel confident that it is safe and we do not, We paid extra to have the second chimney clean so we paid them another $79 After reading how a professional inspection is performed, it is clear they are not capable of this service As we will be needing more services, I am disappointed in Angies List

They did what they said they were going to do as far as cleaning the vent of the dryer. However, they cleaned my fireplace and I wasn’t very satisfied with it. Some stuff came out of it but I have had the fireplace cleaned in the past and it seems that ProClean rushed through and didn’t clean the bricks. I don’t think I would use them for either service again. I requested they move the dryer back in place before they left and I ended up moving it myself.

Joe, the technician doing the cleaning, was on time and very friendly. Further, he was very knowledgeable and took time at the end during wrap up to share further tips and tricks on keeping our duct and furnace clean and healthy. He also detailed an approximate timeline of next cleaning which I noted to my personal calendar. We have noticed a great reduction in dust build up in the house since ProClean's work and are thrilled with the work and value of that work. Would recommend to anyone in need of Duct/Furnace cleaning! A+!

They were on time!!! Joe and Dan were professional and courteous. Joe explained everything. They immediately got to work. Along the way, Joe showed me the difference when he cleaned the vents. He also complimented me on having a clean house. :-)...I liked that.
