RUSSELL'S AUTO SALON

We got into an accident and did not have insurance to cover it, so had to pay for all the repairs ourselves. There was a fair amount of front end damage and a good amount of body work. Russell's worked well with us, knowing that we had to pay for it all and could not "total" the car, insurance would have considered the car totaled. They helped us to reduce costs and went over options with us so we could make choices before they did the repairs. It came out beautifully and you can't tell there was any damage at all. After the repair, a few weeks later, a part was loose on the car. I took it back and they were responsive and fixed it on the spot while I waited. A little while later, it happened again, and again they were responsive and fixed it on the spot, this time for good and now there's no problem. When we went back that third time, we menitoned another thing that was working well that was sort of related to the crash and repair, and though they hadn't fixed it the first time, they fixed it for us for no charge. They've really done good work for us and I'd recommend them, we have used them since the first time.  The only drawback is there are not a lot of auto body shops in town, so if they are busy, you have to wait a while and leave your car for what can be a long time.
