Horrible experience. The past two appointments have been NO CALL NO SHOWS. Both times that I spoke to someone afterwards they told me something different from the previous person. Telling me that both times, someone in the office lied about what they were going to do. Awful. When they do show up, they do decent work, though.

They were on time, efficient and did their work. Even though they had the wrong spelling of my street. I even spelled it twice over the phone when making the appointment, knowing companies put "Harbor" NOT "Arbor" as it should be. Of course it took about 2 and a half days for the "Whatever" type bees to go away from under my gutter, and a second treatment, but they are moved to somewhere else since I see them close to my fence when outside with my dog. I have no idea where they live now. The ants I haven't seen Thankful things have been changed for the better.

We are very pleased with the service that Edge has provided. So far we have had the first 2 initial services done and both times they notified us a few days in advance and with in 15-30 minutes of arriving. The first visit someone was home but we felt comfortable enough the second visit we didn't have to be there. The customer service is wonderful and we will be recommending them!

The only reason this is not a 5, is Ive only had the initial treatment a week ago. So far, really happy, most ants are gone. They defintely have the fire power, knowledge and know how. Looking forward to the first quarterly treatment and the abolition of all these little pests.

The staff is knowledgeable and experienced. We added the insect control as well and were pleasantly surprised the care the tech took to avoid our foot path.

Didn't seem to resolve my bee problem like stated to me by tech.called for respray, delay in being scheduled for it.they couldn't give me a time, just some time on saturday.

The company is very prompt in responding to customer needs and requests, and their employees are pleasant, professional, and courteous.
