Dustin came out for our first treatment of a very large infestation of box elder bugs (says it's the largest he's ever seen). He answered all my questions about toxicity, treatments, timeframes, etc. My only concern is that when I spent a very long time on the phone with Austin, he told me only about the 1 type of chemical they use and didn't even mention that a different one would be used if rain was pending. The people on the phone are there only to sell you, not to inform you. Do you research if you're fussy about the chemicals used!

.Here is a company that really works hard to ignore you. I received an email indicating a different day than they showed up. I called the day before they said they would come and rescheduled and they still came the day before and they sent a tech that is on the list that is not supposed to come on my property again because of how they acted the last time when they had to send a supvisor to clean up his work. It takes 30 mins minimum to get ahold of someone and then they don't do what they said they were going to do. Save yourself some unnecessary frustration and pick a better company.

Very professional & customer service oriented. They promptly scheduled a service call for my wasp problem. Since this was the first attempt to solve my issue I will evaluate going forward. Overall I'm enpressed good experience so far.

This company says whatever they need to say to get your service but the minute you have a problem and you are dissatisfied with their service they can find 1 million reasons not to show up and not come back out and re-service your home. When I initially signed up I got a same-day service on a Saturday at 7 o'clock in the morning now less than seven days later that I need to be reserviced again now no one's available!! They are booked all weekend they're not able to come out to my home this place is awful buyer beware buyer beware believe me the money at orkin is worth the investment because they do the job correctly the first time. Tyson (manager), Lindsey (customer service rep) are both awful awful awful!! Ross ( initially signed me up) Made all the promises in the world now that it's time to for fill those promises no one can do it. The site clearly says service guarantee 24 service available that is a lie!!!!!!!!!!
