Jaime was the best tech weâ ve had! She spent time looking for wasp traps, and spent more time spraying than any other tech. I hope we can continue to have Jaime service our lawn!

Great service & friendly

Excellent. We called Edge in the morning and they were at our house that afternoon. Carlos was very helpful.

Edge insisted that I purchase services that I did not want. I would not recommend them nor use them again!

Fast service but they did not do the full house inspecrion for rodents that they promised. They only looked in the area that I had already identified rodents. They did not remove bodies or feces, only set traps. You have to commit to long term contract for quarterly pest control spraying.

Fast response and friendly service. Plus, the compound they use is safe for the environment and it works!

If I did not have to give any stars I would not. Customer service is horrible and they do a very sloppy job if they show up. Do not use them.

As far as I can tell, she did a great job.

We have had issues with technicians showing up without notice. Multiple times we have requested them to call first to set a time. Also, during a financial hardship I asked if we could cancel the last year of our contract - absolutely unwilling to do so because I signed the contract. Fully aware that I signed it and at the time my financial circumstances were better. As a result of Covid things changed. They offered to bill me monthly instead of quarterly. The rep had a hard time grasping that it was the same amount of money going out. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT!

I contracted with this company for quarterly treatment of general insect control. Their regular treatments have been very effective.

Not sure, no sign of what they did, everything looked the same, traps were not touched.

When the quarterly service was being done it was great. But when it was time to move and cancel the service no one answered the phone or emails or messages. I have paid for 2 treatments for a house I no longer own. The actual techs and chemicals are great but not worth anything if they do not have a reliable customer service team.

Great service today provided by Key and his manager. Professional, thorough, courteous and friendly. Asked questions snd did extra checks to be sure covered all.

A tech came to our house early spring but could not spray due to too much snow, said he would come back he never came back but we received a charge for service not done. We tried to contact Edge to work things out but could NEVER get through to them. My husband I called several times and struggled to get through to someone to get information on why the charge came through and get service cancelled. We disputed the transaction with our bank. A tech showed up this morning to spray again, did not perform service. I told him to leave so no service performed again.

It was very good. Anytime I have an issue, they fix it! great customer service!

Some of the techs are not so great, but my tech, Kurt, is outstanding. He is thorough and personable and goes above and beyond.

Curt knows just what I want and is so good at watching my property in ref to wasps, nests, and always gives great great service.

This company and their customer service is a complete joke. Worst company I have ever worked with.

Everything is great so far.

I tried for three days now to get a call through to them or a return call. I just wanted to modify my service! No call back. No response to emails, calls, Facebook messages? nothing. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank because they didnt do what I wanted done!
