Great experience.

Received my call 30 minutes before they arrived and then when they arrived we discussed all the places they would find the wasps. They completed their work.

Use only "green" products.

Had a problem w/hornets/wasps nesting too close to the house. Excellent customer service.

They were very great with customer service.

Very fast response and were able to come remove a large hornet nest AND wasp nest within 24 hours of initial contact. Also sprayed for spiders and other bugs and the pricing for the quarterly service contract seems reasonable, especially with the guarantee of free service if we see any pests in between visits. Klaus the technician was courteous and called ahead of time to let us know when he was on the way. Highly recommend!

There are more bugs here in Colorado than there were in Western Washington. Edge Pest control listened to my bug problem and proposed a solution that will help long term! They had available appointments and have already done the treatment! I am looking forward to an on going system to keep the bugs out of the house and to keep me from getting the bug-heeby-jeebies!

The exterminator did a good job getting rid of the bugs we had. He wore booties to keep my floors clean. I docked a star because Edge required a contract. I get why they want multiple appointments before I decide, but I don’t like being locked in to yet another long-term contract. Also, they do not offer a termite inspection or treatment.

It sure relieves me of doing all the worrying, me buying all the stuff to GET Them MICES! and hoping I am doing the right thing. Justto get some one else to do one more thing for me since I do 100% ofd every thing around my home with 2 residents here.

So far it seems to be working. The tech who showed up was very pleasant and answered all my questions fully. The smell of the product was pretty overwhelming, but dissipated quickly. I would definantly suggest them to friends and neighbor's.

With 3 girls in my home who are not fans of wasps or spiders, I'll know very soon if the product is working or not. Claus was very professional and gave me ease of mind as to our wasp issue.

They don't listen to your issues or ask questions to solve the pest control problems you have. The video they show you before service is the quality experience you should be receiving but is the complete opposite. Follow up is severely lacking. Make sure you know what you are signing up for. A two year plan that costs you at least 50% of all services if you want to cancel. Obligatory contract for a single service request. Customer service team was average.

It is too early to tell how much value for my money I had.

Initial phone conversations were some what hard sell. Work so far has been good.

Followed up, on time, came when they said they would, etc.... Wyatt is amazing. Even came out on a couple of Saturday's.
