I am the property manager and once I hired Edge and gave them a CC, no one spoke to me again. They only relied on the tenants info, never called before they were to arrive, while they were in the home, nor did they provide any info after they left. I have no idea what they did or didnâ t do, and now it is a Sunday and no one is available to take my call.... very frustrating.

Only thing I was dissatisfied about was need to buy a package and fact that the info from screener was different from what I was told by service provider 1) I wouldn t have to sign IPAD during social distancing but I did and 2) service would include ability to treat the chimney and it did not.

A young man came out and did our initial visit. I just wish that he would have been a little more knowledgeable and thorough. He did not bother to find out how to access our front deck, so it never got treatment. I did not realize this till he was already gone.

This company has big problems with communication and meeting their commitments. When I first called, they promised same day service. That same day I got a call from the corporate office rescheduling because they had too many people who called out that day. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I was told I would be first at 8:00 AM. My technician did not get here until 9:50 AM, not even close to the commitment time. When I called to check on them, they told me the corporate office did not communicate that I would be first! When the technician arrived, he was hesitant to go in the attic saying I had too much insulation, and he could not see where to walk. I suggested he move the insulation around. I had a squirrel in the attic and I wanted the trap placed where I was hearing the noise. He did go up and set the trap and took pictures for me. He said they check the trap every two days. I sent the technician a text to find out what time he would be here today. He said as close to 8 as he could get. Again, later in the morning I asked him for an ETA and he told me the manager said I changed the date until tomorrow, I DID NOT! As a result, some other technician would be scheduled to come out today, at their convenience. I had to run errands so I asked them to make it this afternoon as I had already wasted 2.5 hours waiting for them. He said okay. This all started Saturday, May 11. The trap was finally set at 10:00 AM on May 14. It is now 2:00 PM on May 17 and they still are not here. I bought a package for spider control as well. I hope that goes better!

Called to cancel the service but they sent someone out again and charged me even though I cancelled. Then they said I didn't talk to the right person but they had record I called. Now they want to send me to collections. And they are harassing me. Had them for two years for service.
