Quick to respond and came out to handle a repair to my ac unit. Chuck was great, installed everything quickly, thorough explanation on all my questions, and gave advice on long term care and service.

they don't handle beetles in trees. I did not watch what they did and it takes a few days to see if it "worked". I have not seen the results yet.

It is nice that they will come back later if you find an issue.

I hired these guys because we were having a mice problem. They have done a fairly good job of taking care of the mice. However I notice if I am not watching them some of the workers will not fill all the boxes. If someone is not watching some of these guys they will do the bare minimum they have to do. One of the guys only filled the front yard box but not the back, he did not even try to open the back gate and I had to call them back. The guy who came back out was great and explained that several of the boxes in the back were empty and what attracts the mice and how water is the antidote for the poison. The billing has been a little messed up. I paid them and then was notified by my credit card company that they keep trying to put through the payment multiple times but the people on the phone have been helpful when I call. So I am giving them 3 stars out of 5. They have been a decent company to deal with but there is room for improvement.

Edge does not stand behind its customer service promises. When problems arose just 24 hours after service they refused to come back to retreat for 2 weeks. When I said this was unacceptable they scheduled a manager to come back the next day but she didn't show up and didn't call. I've been a customer for 10+ years and the service is getting worse and worse. If their products can't do what they claim they can, they should just let customers know so they can make different choices.

Kurt was fantastic. I just wish the person before him would've done their job right so that he didn't have to come back and do it right a second time. Kuddos to Kurt for being thorough, courteous, and patient with my wife. Kurt gets 5 stars, the other tech gets 2, so I settled on a 3.5 for the whole deal. Edge does a great job overall, only had a couple small issues, but they've addressed them and fixed them in both instances; so we're cool.

We live on 5 acres with lots of trees, so it is hard to get all of the mosquitos gone. After the 1st visit, we had a few bites, so I called them. They were out the next day and sprayed again (no additional charge) & we have not had 1 bite since. SO worth it!
