Either no one is trained or they all got different manuals or maybe in a language they do not understand. Either way, we got different views as to what the company does, how they do it and how much it costs. And for the cost.....I basically got the problem under control before they even showed up. Each tech had a different *plan*, if any. They came ill-equipped. The sales rep on the phone called me 4 times the first night, just to get us under a contract then the tech shows up and tells us that everything we were promised are things they do not even do, but could do at a ridiculous amount. If we were not going to be out of town I would have handled it all on my own. For a lot less!!!

Iâ ve had a great experience with this company and itâ s staff. Not as cheap as the national companies that Iâ ve had in the past but Iâ m willing to pay more for a local company. In the past, I asked for ant control for an ant hill and the service man stated he couldnâ t do that in the standard service and didnâ t give me directions on how to set that up. I called and it was taken care of promptly. The service has done a great job of keeping my house pest free.
