This service has worked well for our home. We no longer have spiders or spider webs inside or outside our home. Wasps are controlled well and if we see a resurgence of them, one call and they come right out for an additional treatment at no charge. Voles have also been well-controlled in our yard. Treatment technicians are always very courteous and they do a good job with following directions. In several years with EDGE, we have only had one poor technician and the company was back out to our home the next day to correct the problem.

The techs are great and you can easily call when you see any activity.

The fact that they will come out and re treat if necessary is worth the money. Very responsive & professional.

They dont answer the phone nor do they call back I tried to reschedule an appointment with no response. They said they came and charged me today funny thing I was home all day waiting for the appraiser and I have 3 big dogs none barked except when the appraiser and the mailman came.

He took the time to hear our individual concerns of wasps and spiders in specific areas and addressed them each as he sprayed our house and yard.

Key was a fantastic worker, and an excellent professional. He helped out with pretty much everything we needed, and recommended what our next steps are going to be and what we can expect to see. It was very informative and very helpful.

Every time my quarterly date rolls around I get only the front yard done because my back gates are locked. I ask for a reminder in the future but donâ  t get one. Iâ  m paying full price for half a service.

In the past the service was average but today's service with a young lady named Jamie was over and beyond excellent! She was very through with her service inside and outside of my house. Very pleased with her service today!!

It's difficult to tell how thorough the service is. I definitely have not had mice, but the spider control is weak which is the attraction for the mice.
