The owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate for free. He was flexible with scheduling and was able to accommodate my needs. He gave me a discount as a new customer. He spoke like an owner of a company and was very polite and educated (hard to find with some of these services). He cleaned my windows and screens, inside and out. He also had tall ladders to get to the sky light and high hard to reach windows. His price was fair and he offered me pricing options based on some of the work we could leave for next time. He was very fast. He was very clean and courteous. I will definitely be using him every 6 months.
