Great will use them again !

They were very friendly and fast in diagnosing the problem. They discussed the problem and my solution choices, and had my Explorer repaired quickly. When I picked up my auto, there were some warning lights on. I called and took the car back to the shop immediately. They ran a diagnostic and apprised me of the problems.  The auto had been sitting for about 4 months, and the gas had gone bad. The put a can of product in to fix the problem, and the warning light went out immediately.  They warned me about the proper gas to use to not destroy the rubber rings and avoid more repair costs.  I was very very pleased and plan on using them in the future.  I would not hesitate sending anyone to their shop. They are great!

I went there based on a rating from Angie's list.  Unfortunately, I didn't get the same great service as previous reviewers.
He recommended replacing the upper & lower radiator hoses for $239.98.  But when I took the truck to Spradley Ford, they said the hoses were OK & didn't need replacing.  See my separate rating of Spradley Ford
He recommended replacing the rear disc brakes for $189.99. But, turning the rotors were NOT included in this price.   However, Brakes Plus did the entire job (brakes & rotors) for $50 less.  See my separate rating of Brakes Plus.
He also recommended flushing the cooling system for $89.99.  But, I got it done at Brakes Plus for $64.99
He recommended an air filter for for only $18.99.  That's a very good price.  But, it wasn't dirty & didn't need replacing!
Plus, he wanted an additional $29.75 for unspecified "Multi-service supplies & disposal" for this future repair & maintenance.
He recommended an in-line fuel filter for $44.99 which is a bargain. 
His overall estimate for recommended repairs & maintenance was $674.42 - mostly either not needed or overpriced!

The cooling failed and adding refrigerant did not help.  A friend recommended Southside.  They identified the compressor failed and sent metal parts throughout the AC system.  All the work was explained as it was being done and the parts were shown to me afterward showing the damage and contamination from the failed compressor.
The system has worked as expected for a month with no issues.  Southside personnel were professionalism and kept me up to date with the progress of work.

i got t the shop at 9 am. my service was completed in a timely manner. 

We've used them quite a bit. They are good people. They are honest and do a good job. They take really good care of our vehicles.

Everything went well, fast and professionally.
