Dave returned my call almost immediately and his questions about what I needed (to have a new vent installed in my basement bathroom) told me he really knew what he was doing. He scheduled the service right away due to my urgent need, and he was right on time. He worked 8 hours straight in a confined environment, was miraculously able to manuever around the house's interior construction and all my load-bearing walls to install the vent, and the vent works flawlessly. Probably the most important thing to me was that Dave was able to do ALL the work himself instead of just the electrical--so I didn't have to hire a drywaller/sheetrocker/texturer, painter, and duct worker. When he left, the space looked as clean as before he started. I have already recommended him to a friend, and will certainly use him again if I need anything electrical done.
