That was my husband’s car, he took it in. We’ve been going back to them for quite a few years, so we’re happy with them. Price - They’re competitive.

I've used them in the past. They have a nice place to wait. They do provide a courtesy shuttle service. Actually, I'm not sure you'd call it shuttle service. One guy drives one person in one car rather than the type of shuttle service they have at another dealership where you end up spending a couple hours, perhaps, going with several other people back to the job. I'd also say they have very nice people working there. They are very honest and professional.

No complaints, and glad to have someone local that we really like.

Our car's battery was dead.  I was able to jump start the car and brought it into Pride Auto Care to test the battery.  Initially the battery report was marginal and they suggested putting a charge on it to see if it would hold a charge and then re-test the battery.  The second report was that the battery was good and there was no charge for the test or charge. I did get a price on a battery and it seemed very reasonable and not a great deal more than doing it myself.  This was my first time in their shop and it was a pleasant experience both with the staff and the waiting area.  I will probably use them when the battery really does need replacing or for other repairs.

My daughter's car was out of warrantee and died in our driveway. It also needed to be looked at before she drove it on a long trip to Seattle where she was moving. They went over her car with a fine tooth comb and  found a couple of other small issues that they took care of and replaced the alternator. They thought the battery was fine but we wanted to get a new one since it was fairly old. They were so thorough and did a fabulous job. 
The customer service is the best! Courteous and they kept us well informed. They were done ahead of schedule and had all the parts that they removed from her car to show and for us to keep if we wanted them. I will use them again and again.

Their oil changes tend to be a little more than competitors but they make up for it in their customer service.  Whenever I need a major repair- they are always less than competitors.  I would rather pay a little bit more for an oil change but save 100's on big repairs.

They did a great job!  We use all 4 Pride Auto shops.  All of the shops are polite, honest and offer great customer service.
We've used their transmission shop to service our 1985 El Camino.  We use the one on Dry Creek to get our oil changed in our cars because it's close to work, drop off in the morning and pick up at lunch time!

We dropped off the car in the morning.  The service department called back a few hours later with the problems and an estimate.  The car was available for pickup by 6PM that night.  Overall, we were very satisfied.
