This was the worst experience I've had with a cleaning service. I would give a 0 if I could. Many things were left undone. Obvious, basic things such as not leaving streaks on the stainless steel appliances and shower doors, floors were not vacuumed, furniture not dusted, floors not mopped, baseboards not dusted, trash not emptied, sinks were not cleaned out, etc. I could go on and on. I was appalled after being charged $300 for our ranch home. If I cancel the next cleaning, they will charge me $140 more for a "one time cleaning" fee. They did say they would come back and address the areas that I've brought to their attention, but in my opinion, it would be better to do the job right the first time. Acelynn, Sam and Katie were the cleaners who came to our house. Maybe they have better employees who can see obvious dirt and clean it when they see it, but these girls did a terrible job. Their website says they are registered and approved by the Better Business Bureau, but they aren't. I found that out when I contacted the BBB. They must be paying whoever is leaving good reviews for them or the people leaving good reviews have incredibly low standards.

After having numerous issues with other cleaning companies - the last one didn't show up at all - I decided to give MaidPro a try. Their "checklist" is worthless. After going through my house after the cleaning, the majority of things she checked off as done were not done. I even left them MY supplies for my hardwood floors. While it looked like they tried to clean parts of my floors, there were many obviously missed spots. I also saw that she had the mop pad on backwards - couldn't figure out why the floors looked so bad...that was it! While they tried to work with me to fix it, I didn't have time to go through every room in my house & indicate what had not been done - if I had spare time, I wouldn't need someone to clean my house! They finally gave me a 10% refund, which considering what they charged me to NOT clean my house was ridiculous! I will NOT be using this company again & would NOT recommend them.

Get different maid every time, would like to have the same one every time to have some sort of relationship and continuity.  Maids were punctual and following instructions well on what to prioritize in my house.

They do a good job. I have had 2 maids that I wasn’t happy with and they have made it right for me in finding a maid that I like. The only reason I have changed them was because the maids left the company. They do what they are supposed to. If I have any complaints and if the person can’t correct it then they replace the person. I would rate them highly.

I hired MaidPro because of my busy schedule.  They come once a month and I don't know what I'd do without them!

When we started up again this summer with Maidpro, the initial cleaning was ok, but not great.  New cleaners.  Then when we settled into our regular schedule, the first person they sent us did a good cleaning job, but was hard to work with.  We then got Michelle, who is outstanding.  Overall, they worked with us to get good service.

Had to bring the crew back once to finish, billing issue. However, they made it right, lived up to their obligations.

To be fair, my house was extremely dirty. And the two women who worked on the clean up were both as friendly and happy-go-lucky as could be. Additionally, although the bid was for four hours, I ended up getting a couple of extra at no charge. Having said that, the work was way below expectations. They initially neglected to clean the window sills and one said she didn't know how to get the dust out of the button hole on a soft chair (although the other took care of it). Lamp shades were not dusted and there was no dusting underneath any of the furniture or beds. It was hardly noticeable that they'd cleaned the shower in the master bathroom, which was attributed to the fact that they used eco-friendly products and it would take several visits before that area would be clean. My guess is that it was the last task and they were already running so long that they just did a perfunctory job. To their credit, MaidPro did offer to come out and redo problem areas, but since they could not make it before the event I was hosting that caused me to hire a cleaning service, I declined. Also, despite what the Angie's List site says, they do not offer a senior discount. They told me that they had no control over the accuracy of the information posted on the site.

I have been using the Maid Pro service for about three months and have been totally satisified with each cleaning. The cleaner comes every two weeks, is on time, and leaves a detailed checklist of all the things she's done. The floors are always immaculate, dusting and vacuuming very thorough. Bathrooms are all thoroughly cleaned. They send a reminder email two days before the scheduled cleaning, and ask for feedback promptly after the cleaning is completed.

MaidPro does an excellent job and for a great price! I have been using them for almost 2 months now after finding them on Angie's List. The same cleaner visits each time so they get to know just how you like your home. They do an excellant job on kitchens and bathrooms! We have a large house, 4,000 sq ft and it takes them about 3-4 hours, that's with 4 bathrooms! Totally worth the money. I always give them a good tip because they work so hard. I would definitley recommend them!

Had to bring them back to complete some things, were double charged (but they corrected this promptly when asked).

I have a feeling they are a national company and I think they are out of Phoenix too. They come once every two weeks and their quality of work is excellent. They charge $160 when they come out and I think that the price is pretty much average. I have had them only 3 or 4 times but they are pretty good. I would rate them highly. I have them booked till March.

They raised my cleaning rate considerably from their original quote. Very disappointing since they cleaned my house 3 times for the original quote, but all of the sudden the work cannot be done in that short of time..Hmmmm???
