John did not perform any actual repair, but gave detailed instructions over the phone for me to solve the problem myself. He had also previously worked as a warranty rep for the manufacturer, so he gave me advice on working with them to reduce the cost of repair.

I was very impressed with the response I received. We were looking for information about whether it made sense to repair or replace. John was able to take specific model and serial numbers over the phone and provide a quick estimate of the magnitude of work. Ultimately we jointly determined that the repair was going to be very costly in both parts and labor and replacement may be the better route. I greatly appreciated the quick turnaround and straightforward approach. When the washer first broke my initial impression was that we were going to need to buy a new washer and that the repair option was not a viable path. While that ultimately turned out to be the case I now have a great resource for a repair alternative. I will not hesitate to contact John Wright again in the future and hopefully the issue will be more cost effective to go the repair route. I would definitely recommend John Wright to others in a similar situation.

I called John Wright about repairing the display on our Thermador oven. He was familiar with the oven and the problem He ordered the part and told me how much it would cost. He received the part in a few days, called back to schedule an appointment. He was punctual, professional, and very courteous. He did the repair and the oven is working fine now. I am very happy with his work.
