Great. They showed up when they said they would. Work quality was great and I never heard a bad word out of any of the three. Site was clean after they left.

Despite a backlog (always a good thing as a contractor) Ron was able to get our deck built in time for the fourth. He added an extra crew to do this. His extra crew represented his customer service very well as they were outstanding communicators. Quality of the deck is great and I couldn’t be happier. sitting on my deck and smoking a brisket as I write this review, thanks Ron! I highly recommend Ron and his teams at Denver Deck Builders!

The crew was professional, worked well as a team & had excellent time management skills. All material from old deck was removed from property in a timely manner; the delivery scheduling of new materials was seamless. No down time of new construction. All tools and materials used were stored on property with little disruption to owners. Highly recommend this local family owned business. They were quite responsive to request of bid, quoted timeline to demo & new build were maintained. The finished deck is receiving high praise from neighbors, family and friends. The new updated materials and design are a nice upgrade to the property

Dan, Jim and Steven were professional, clean, respectful and we LOVE our new deck. Before we went with Denver Deck Builders, we did our due diligence. We called three other contractors, explained what we wanted and received three quotes. Some were lower than the other's (using the same materials) but, two were not licensed or insured and did not want to go through the permitting routine. Tyler, CEO of Denver Deck Builders was professional all the way through. We were given a drawing of our deck, certified by an architect and the building permit before the crew started. The entire project, with the snow and blizzard conditions, took about 10 days. We LOVE our new deck. Doug and I highly recommend Denver Deck Builders if you are looking for quality work.

Denver Deck builders did an awesome job on our front and back decks (2000 sq ft). It's a family owned business which we really liked. Tyler was our first point of contact and he was extremely flexible with regards to having to push the project out due to insurance issues. He answered all of our questions both day and night. Peter was the lead on our project and he ran the project perfectly, once again answering all our questions (we are super picky). We live in the middle of nowhere between Kiowa and Byers, and they had no problem coming out versus other companies. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this family business for their workmanship and professionalism. It truly was a great experience having the Denver Deck Team install our decks. Also, wanted to thank Aaron who worked on the project!

Trustworthy and detail-oriented. I searched for local deck builders on the internet to take care of my 20-year old deck that was falling apart and had become unsafe. When I saw that Ron from Denver Deck Builders was a certified Professional Engineer I had him come out to do an estimate. The cost was reasonable for all of the work that had to be done in the demolition and complete rebuilding of my deck, but the most important thing to me was the peace of mind that a professional engineer was involved with the structural design and building of the new deck. A poorly built deck can be a real safety hazard when it is raised high off the ground with lots of people enjoying it; Ron’s attention to detail and calculations he shared with me to ensure the maximum loading was considered made it all worthwhile. We even had them turn our skinny wood pillars into absolutely gorgeous stone pillars from the ground all the way up to to the top of the new wrought iron railing...what a difference in outward beauty of our new deck! Highly recommend this family-oriented, locally-based company. Ron, the owner and one of the builders, is a great person and enjoyable to deal with...very responsive and attentive.

Took a little longer than expected, but good work.

I was and am very pleased with this company! Matt, was our initial contact. He quoted us a reasonable price, and kept in contact with us as we came closer to the day of demo. I was quite impressed by the two deck builders. Zach was project boss. He and his co-builder were professional and built a beautiful deck, that my neighbors are all talking about. I will definitely refer anyone to Denver Deck Boulders!

Rob Gibas responded right away to the inquiry I sent to him via Angie's List. He gave me a rough estimate on the phone based on the measurements that I gave him and the only reason the price differed slightly is due to the level of materials that I wanted to be used. Overall, I found his price to be much more reasonable than many other bids. He was able to work my job in, since it was a small one, much sooner than planned. He arrived when he said he would and finished the job quickly. He was very responsive to my needs and questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied before accepting payment. I was very pleased with how friendly, professional and skilled he was.

Wonderful!! Crew ( family ) was worthy of me giving praise several times while they were here!! Hardly a word spoken, everyone knew what to do, who to help, etc, etc!! I'd been a company owner many years, & I never saw people work so well together!!! Daughter had a different company take over three weeks to do her deck, our was done in just days with Ron Gibas !! Two years after completion....we're just as happy as the day they left!!!

They arrived to give pricing and set the appointment up. We scheduled the services for June. I then received a call saying they were ahead of schedule so I agreed to have my services done early which worked out great for me. They gave a great price, provided a sketch within 24 hours, they arrived on time, good workmanship. great quality, friendly and very respectful of my property. I couldn't recommend them more.
